Claims (3)
- 鉄心(32)の周囲に巻線(34)を巻回した複数のコイル(31)をモータ(M)の軸線(L)を中心に環状に配置してステータ(19)を構成し、各コイル(31)から前記ステータ(19)の径方向内向きに引き出した巻線(34)の端部(34a)を、各コイル(31)毎に設けた結線端子(42)を介して共通の中性点バスリング(41)に結線するモータのステータ構造であって、
前記中性点バスリング(41)は、前記複数のコイル(31)と同数の直線部(41a)が屈曲部(41b)を挟んで連続する多角形状であって、その各々の直線部(41a)が、各直線部(41a)に対応するコイル(31)の中心軸(L′)と前記軸線(L)とを通る平面と直交するようにそれぞれ配置されており、
各々の前記結線端子(42)は、各コイル(31)に対応した前記直線部(41a)に結線されるバスリング結線部(42b)と、前記バスリング結線部(42b)よりも前記ステータ(19)の径方向外方側に配置されて該バスリング結線部(42b)の前記直線部(41a)への結線後に各コイル(31)の前記巻線(34)の端部(34a)に結線される巻線結線部(42c)とを備えたことを特徴とするモータのステータ構造。 - 各々の前記結線端子(42)の前記バスリング結線部(42b)および前記巻線結線部(42c)は、前記ステータ(19)の周方向で互いに離間した位置に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータのステータ構造。
- 各々の前記コイル(31)は、前記巻線(34)と前記鉄心(32)との間を絶縁するインシュレータ(33)を備え、前記インシュレータ(33)は、前記巻線(34)が巻回される本体部(33a)から前記ステータ(19)の径方向内側に延びる延出部(33b)と、前記ステータ(19)の径方向で離間するようにして前記延出部(33b)から前記ステータ(19)の軸方向に突出する外側隔壁(33c)および内側隔壁(33d)とを備え、前記外側隔壁(33c)および前記内側隔壁(33d)の間に形成される空間に前記中性点バスリング(41)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のモータのステータ構造。
