Description
図1乃至図3に示すように、インナー軸部22上に設けられているトリポード24の第2プロペラシャフト14側には、突条部50が設けられている。この突条部50は、連結シャフト16の外周に一体形成されており、連結シャフト16の外周に突出している。また、突条部50の外径は、トリポード24の内径(すなわち内環部42の傾斜外端部径)よりも小さくなるように設定されている。また、この突条部50のトリポード24側には、軸方向に対して傾斜した傾斜部50A(図3参照)が形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関側の駆動力を駆動輪側に伝達するプロペラシャフトの衝撃吸収構造であって、
内燃機関側に位置する第1プロペラシャフトと、駆動輪側に位置する第2プロペラシャフトと、前記第1プロペラシャフトと前記第2プロペラシャフトとを連結する連結シャフトと、内径側に軸方向に対して傾斜した内環部を有し前記内環部が前記連結シャフトの外周にスプライン嵌合して設けられ前記第1プロペラシャフトの回転力を前記第2プロペラシャフトに伝達する継手部材と、前記連結シャフトの外周に設けられ前記継手部材が前記連結シャフト上を摺動することにより接触可能な突条部と、を有し、
前記突条部の外径は前記内環部の傾斜外端部径よりも小さく、
前記突条部の前記内環部と接触する部位には、軸方向に対して傾斜した傾斜部が形成されていることを特徴とするプロペラシャフトの衝撃吸収構造。 - 前記突条部の前記傾斜部における傾斜角度は、前記内環部の傾斜角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロペラシャフトの衝撃吸収構造。
