図1は本発明にかかる実施の形態の電子部品の側断面図である。図1において、電子部品1は、2種類の矩形平板状の誘電体基板2(2A,2Bの符号を併用する)が複数枚積層されて構成された積層体20を有している。誘電体基板2(2A,2B)の一側の主面には、分割されてなる複数の内部電極3,5が形成されている。

Claims (1)
- チタン酸カルシウムとチタン酸ストロンチウム固溶体またはチタン酸バリウムを含む誘電体と、前記誘電体に設けられた一対の端子電極と、
各前記端子電極に電気的に接続されるリード端子と、を有し、
前記端子電極はチタン酸カルシウムとチタン酸ストロンチウム固溶体またはチタン酸バリウムの粒子を含み、前記粒子により前記端子電極の表面積が増加することで、前記端子電極と前記リード端子とが複数の点で点接触することを特徴とする電子部品。
