Description
Claims (6)
- 測定対象のワークに設けてあるテーパ凹部内に空気マイクロメータの測定ヘッドを挿入することで、該テーパ凹部の内周面の軸方向両端側のクラウニング量を測定するクラウニング測定装置であって、前記測定ヘッドの外周面には、テーパ凹部の内周面の軸方向中央部分に当接して測定ヘッドの位置決めを行う突出部と、前記位置決め状態においてテーパ凹部の内周面の軸方向一端部に空気を噴出させる一端側ノズル口と、前記位置決め状態においてテーパ凹部の内周面の軸方向他端部に空気を噴出させる他端側ノズル口とを設け、テーパ凹部の軸方向一端側のクラウニング量を測定する第1空気マイクロメータを一端側ノズル口に接続させ、テーパ凹部の軸方向他端側のクラウニング量を測定する第2空気マイクロメータを他端側ノズル口に接続させて備えたことを特徴とするクラウニング測定装置。
- 前記ワークが、円錐ころ軸受けの外輪であり、前記ワークに設けてあるテーパ凹部の内周面が、外輪に設けてある貫通孔の軌道面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラウニング測定装置。
- テーパ凹部の径を測定する手段として、テーパ凹部内で前記位置決め状態に至ったときの測定ヘッドの位置を測定する変位センサを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクラウニング測定装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のクラウニング測定装置を用いたクラウニング測定方法であって、クラウニングを設けることなく断面直線状に形成した基準凹部を有する基準器を用い、該基準器の基準凹部に測定ヘッドを挿入して測定した結果を基準として、測定対象のワークに設けてあるテーパ凹部のクラウニング量を測定することを特徴とするクラウニング測定方法。
- 第1および第2空気マイクロメータのゼロ点調整を、基準器の基準凹部に測定ヘッドを挿入して測定したときのクラウニング量の測定結果表示がゼロとなるように行うことを特徴とする請求項4記載のクラウニング測定方法。
- 前記ゼロ点調整を行った後に、ワークの標準寸法を有するサンプルのテーパ凹部に測定ヘッドを挿入してクラウニング量を測定し、該測定の結果表示が標準寸法と一致するように倍率校正を施すことを特徴とする請求項5記載のクラウニング測定方法。
