Description
本発明の一実施形態は、バッフルと、変換器軸によって特徴付けられる電気音響変換器と、変換器軸が、バッフルを特徴付けている平面と平行になるような向きで電気音響変換器を支持しているハウジングとを備えている装置を目指している。一態様では、バッフルは、車両のドアパネル、車両後部のパッケージ棚、車両の計器板、部屋(room)の天井、または部屋の壁から成るグループの中から選択される。一態様では、バッフルは、車両の内側ドアパネルである。一態様では、変換器軸は、バッフルを特徴付けている平面内にある。一態様では、ハウジングはエンクロージャである。一態様では、エンクロージャは密閉されている。一態様では、エンクロージャは、内部ドアパネルに取り付けられている。一態様では、エンクロージャは、車両のドアフレームに取り付けられている。一態様では、エンクロージャは、エンクロージャの体積(volume)をリスニングエリアに音響的に連結している音響エレメントを有している。一態様では、音響エレメントはポートである。一態様では、電気音響変換器は、変換器軸が、バッフルを特徴付けている平面から、ある距離だけずれるように向きを定められている。一態様では、この距離は、バッフルに与えられる振動を減らすように選択される。一態様では、この距離は、電気音響変換器のサイズを特徴付けている半径より小さい。

- バッフル(180,280)と、
変換器軸(115,215,315,415)によって特徴付けられる電気音響変換器(110,210,310,410,510,710)と、
前記変換器軸が、バッフルを特徴付けている平面と平行になるような向きで、電気音響変換器(110,210,310,410,510,710)を支持しているハウジング(170,270,330,430,530,730)とを備えていて、前記ハウジングおよびバッフルは、リスニングエリアをキャビティから離隔していて、
前記変換器軸は、電気音響変換器のサイズを特徴付けている半径より小さい距離だけバッフル平面からずらしてあることを特徴とする装置(120,220,320,420)。 - 前記バッフル(180,280,380,480)は、部屋の壁、部屋の天井、車両のドアパネル、車両後部のパッケージ棚、または車両の計器板から成るグループの中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(120,220,320,420)。
- 前記バッフル(180,280,380,480)は、車両の内部ドアパネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(120,220,320,420)。
