Abstract

具体实施方式
图1图示了本发明一个实施例的示图。在图1中,电声换能器110被定向成垂直于收听区120。电声换能器110响应于向电声换能器110施加的未示出的电信号,来生成优选为低于300Hz的低频声信号。电声换能器110的特征在于换能器轴115,该轴指示电声换能器110的膜片在低频声信号的生成过程中的移位。
电声换能器110装配于壳170中。未示出的盖格栅(grill)可以被定位成相对于收听区120来隐藏电声换能器110。壳170耦合到挡板180。在图1中,壳170和挡板180将收听区120与空腔130分离。挡板180可以是车辆或者舱的内表面,如例如车辆仪表板、车辆后行李架、车辆门装饰板、舱壁或者舱顶。挡板通常在挡板的平面中硬挺、但是易有与挡板平面垂直的振动。
当电声换能器在换能器轴与挡板平面垂直定向的情况下装配到挡板时,膜片的移动所生成的反作用力作为垂直力施加于挡板上,从而造成挡板振动。挡板的平面外振动可能生成有损声信号的嗡嗡作响或者其它可听噪声。尽管有将换能器定向为垂直于挡板而造成的挡板振动,但是仍然用这一方式装配电声换能器。声信号随着频率增加而变得更具方向性,并且尤其是鉴于其它挡板减振方法,将高频声信号发送到收听区中的能力在车辆音频系统的设计中具有更高优先性。在2006年1月10日授权的美国专利第6,985,593号中公开了此类挡板减振方法的一个示例。然而随着频率降低,频率更低的声信号变得更具全方向性,由此允许电声换能器相对于收听区而言的更大定向自由度。
在图1中,换能器轴115在挡板的平面中。无限制性地认为膜片的移动所生成的反作用力作为平面内的力施加于挡板上,由此减少挡板的垂直(平面外)振动。另外,由反作用力生成的任何扭矩可以经由壳和结构肋和/或将电声换能器110的一部分机械地耦合到壳170的覆盖格栅发送到挡板180。
图2图示了本发明另一实施例的示图。在图2中,电声换能器210的特征在于换能器轴215,该轴指示电声换能器210的膜片在声信号的生成过程中的移动。电声换能器210装配到壳270。壳270可以附接到挡板280,该挡板可以是内表面,如例如车辆仪表板、车辆后行李架、车辆门板、舱壁或者舱顶。在其它实施例中,壳270可以装配到支持结构,如例如车辆门框、车辆门外板、车辆门装饰板或者车辆门内板如壳270。
壳270和挡板280将收听区220与空腔230分离。空腔230可以是与收听区分离的体积,如例如车箱、车门的内部体积、仪表板的内部体积、顶部的内部体积或者壁的内部体积。
在图2中,换能器轴215平行于限定挡板280的平面285但是从该平面移位。换能器轴215从挡板285的移位在图2中由线条217表示。虽然图2示出了从挡板平面285下移的换能器轴215,但是理解挡板平面285以上的移位是在本发明的范围内的并且在可用空腔空间无法容纳电声换能器210时可能是期望的。
图2中所示移位的轴可能由于向不等杠杆臂施加的膜片反作用力而产生可以造成挡板280平面外振动的不平衡扭矩。然而,挡板振动有望相对于在换能器轴而被定向成垂直于挡板平面时生成的振动有所减少。挡板振动在换能器轴移位小于表征电声换能器210的尺寸的半径时有望进一步减少。
图3是图示了本发明另一实施例的示图。在图3中,电声换能器310被定向成使得换能器轴315在表征挡板380的平面中。挡板380可以是车辆或者舱的内表面,如例如车辆仪表板、车辆后行李架、车辆门板、舱顶或者舱壁。电声换能器310装配于罩330中。罩330可以装配到挡板380或者可以装配到挡板380之后的支撑结构,如例如车辆门框、车辆外板、车辆内板、车辆门装饰板、舱立柱(stud)或者壁立柱。
图4图示了本发明另一实施例的示图。在图4中,电声换能器410被定向成使得换能器轴415在表征挡板480的平面中。挡板480可以是车辆或者舱的内表面,如例如车辆仪表板、车辆后行李架、车辆门板、舱顶或者舱壁。电声换能器410装配于罩430中。罩430可以装配到挡板480或者可以装配到挡板480之后的支撑结构。罩480可以包括用以对发送到收听区420的声信号进行滤波的一个或者多个声学元件。声学元件可以例如是端口、无源辐射器、波导或者本领域技术人员已知的其它结构。例如在图4中,端口435将电声换能器410在罩430中生成的声信号耦合到收听区420。第二端口450可以用来对电声换能器410生成的声信号进行滤波。
图5示出了图示本发明另一实施例的内装饰板移开的车门。在图5中,支撑电声换能器510的罩530的尺寸被设定成适配到车辆的内门板590中。电声换能器510被定向成使得换能器轴平行于内装饰板的平面并且基本上在该平面中。
图6示出了图5中所示实施例的另一示图。在图6中,罩530延伸到车辆的乘客车厢中以便适应电声换能器510的平面内定向。然而,进入乘客车厢中的延伸抵达乘客坐席处或者以下并且可能没有被乘客感知为车辆内空间的减少。
图7示出了图示本发明另一实施例的电声换能器格栅移开的车门。在图7中,罩730由内装饰板785部分地覆盖。罩730支撑电声换能器710,其中电声换能器的换能器轴被定向成平行于板平面、但是从板平面移位。端口750将罩730的内部体积以声音方式耦合到收听区。在其它实施例中,端口750可以由无源辐射器取代。无源辐射器可以装配成如下定向使得表征无源辐射器移动轴的辐射器轴平行于换能器轴。辐射器轴可以在板平面中或者从板平面偏移。

1.一种装置(120,220,320,420),包括:
挡板(180,280);
电声换能器(110,210,310,410,510,710),其特征在于换能器轴(115,215,315,415);以及
壳(170,270,330,430,530,730),所述壳按照如下定向来支撑所述电声换能器(110,210,310,410,510,710),以使得所述换能器轴平行于表征所述挡板的平面,所述壳和挡板将收听区从空腔分离,

壳(170,270,330,430,530,730),所述壳按照如下定向来支撑所述电声换能器(110,210,310,410,510,710),以使得所述换能器轴平行于所述挡板平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(120,220,320,420),其中所述挡板(180,280,380,480)选自于包括舱壁、舱顶、车辆门板、车辆后行李架或者车辆仪表板的组。
