Claims (10)
- 折り目を介して相互に連結された二つのカバー部分(6,15)と紙片(3)を有する冊子を穿孔するための装置であって、冊子(7)のための搬送装置(1)と、紙片(3)を穿孔するためのレーザー照射ユニット(2)と、カバー部分(6)のための当接板(5)と穿孔されるべき紙片(3)を押圧するためのレーザー光線に向けられた圧接板(12)とを備えた冊子に穿孔するための装置において、
圧接板(12)に対してほぼ平行に隔てられたレーザー照射プレート(9)が設けられており、圧接板(12)が、当接板(5)に対して傾斜して設けられていること、
搬送装置(1)がコンベヤ(4)を各々備えた二つのレーンAおよびBを備え、レーザー照射ユニット(2)がレーンAとBの間に設けられ、かつレーンAおよびBの方向にその都度往復旋回可能なミラー(10)と二つの互いに相対しているレーザー照射プレート(9)を備えていること、
搬送装置(1)がレーンAおよびB内に、旋入運動および旋出運動可能なグリッパ(16)を備えていること、
グリッパ(16)が冊子回動ユニット(18)を備えていること、および
グリッパ(16)が二本の互いに旋回して接近および離間可能なアーム(19)を備えていることを特徴とする冊子を穿孔するための装置。 - 圧接板(12)が当接板(5)に対して、45度よりも大きい角度で傾斜して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 圧接板(12)がレーザー照射プレート(9)上に往復動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2記載の装置。
- レーザー照射プレート(9)がレーザー照射ユニット(2)からのレーザー光線を貫通させるための切り欠き部分(8)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- グリッパ(16)のアーム(19)がその自由端で側方に外側に向って曲げられて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- グリッパ(16)がレーンAとBとに対して平行に摺動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または5に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置を使用して、折り目を介して互いに連結された二つのカバー部分(6,15)と紙片(3)を備えた冊子を穿孔する方法であって、冊子(7)をレーザー照射ユニット(2)へ搬送し、カバー部(15)の方向転換により開き、穿孔されない紙片(3)の頁をめくり、穿孔されるべき紙片(3)を順次当接し合うように押圧し、かつレーザー光線を用いて穿孔する方法において、
穿孔されるべき紙片(3)を穿孔するために、一方のカバー部分(6)を元に戻した状態で起立させ、かつもう一方のカバー部分(6)に対して傾斜した位置で穿孔すること、および
二つの隣接したレーンAおよびBで冊子(7)を搬送し、かつレーンAの冊子(7)とレーンBの冊子(7)の穿孔されるべき紙片(3)を、レーザー照射ユニット(2)のレーザー光線を転向させることにより軌跡に沿って交互に穿孔することを特徴とする方法。 - 傾斜が45°よりも大きな値に設定することを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 穿孔されるべき紙片(3)をそれらの起立した、かつ一方のカバー部分(6)に対して傾斜した位置で押圧することを特徴とする請求項7あるいは8に記載の方法。
- レーンAの冊子(7)をレーンBの冊子(7)に対して180°回転して穿孔することを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
