Description
本発明は、射出成形部材内への挿入部材、特に固定手段を収容開口内に収容するための固定ブシュであって、少なくとも外側の表面が設けられている形式のものに関する。
本発明の挿入部材によれば、少なくとも外側の表面が、金属製の防食層を有しており、該防食層に封止層が析出されている。
図1には、例示的な射出成形部材14の断面図が概略的に示してある。この射出成形部材14は、たとえば自動車内にねじ締結したいセンサ16のためのハウジングとして働く。固定のためには、固定ブシュとして形成された挿入部材10が設けられている。この挿入部材10はスリーブ状のボディ11を有している。このボディ11は、有利には金属製であり、たとえば鋼から形成されている。スリーブ状のボディ11は、有利には回動防止されて、たとえば六角体またはローレット刻み目としての横断面を備えて形成されている。
Claims (18)
- 射出成形部材(14)内への挿入部材であって、該挿入部材が、スリーブ状のボディ(11)を有している形式のものにおいて、該スリーブ状のボディ(11)が、少なくとも外側の表面(19)および端面(20,21)に金属製の防食層(12)を有しており、該防食層(12)に封止層(13)が析出されていることを特徴とする、射出成形部材内への挿入部材。
- 前記挿入部材が、固定手段を収容開口(17)内に収容するための固定ブシュである、請求項1記載の挿入部材。
- 封止層(13)が、ケイ酸塩をベースとした層または有機ケイ酸塩をベースとした層である、請求項1または2記載の挿入部材。
- 封止層(13)が、0.5μmよりも多くの層厚さを有している、請求項3記載の挿入部材。
- 封止層(13)が、少なくとも1μmの層厚さを有している、請求項4記載の挿入部材。
- 少なくとも封止層(13)として塗料層(13’)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載の挿入部材。
- スリーブ状のボディ(11)が、その内側の表面(18)で防食層(12)と封止層(13)とによって取り囲まれている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の挿入部材。
- 塗料層(13’)が、陰極浸漬塗装層である、請求項6記載の挿入部材。
- 防食層(12)が、ZnNi層である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の挿入部材。
- 防食層(12)が、Zn層である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の挿入部材。
- 少なくともスリーブ状のボディ(11)が、回動防止されて形成されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の挿入部材。
- スリーブ状のボディ(11)が、横断面で見て多角形状を有している、請求項11記載の挿入部材。
- スリーブ状のボディ(11)が、横断面で見てローレット刻み目形状を有している、請求項11または12記載の挿入部材。
- 挿入部材(10)を備えた射出成形部材であって、挿入部材(10)が、スリーブ状のボディ(11)を有している形式のものにおいて、該スリーブ状のボディ(11)が、少なくとも外側の表面(19)および端面(20,21)に金属製の第1の防食層(12)を有しており、該防食層(12)に封止層(13)が析出されていることを特徴とする、挿入部材を備えた射出成形部材。
- 挿入部材(10)が、固定手段を収容開口(17)内に収容するための固定ブシュである、請求項14記載の射出成形部材。
- 防食層(12)と封止層(13)とで被覆された挿入部材(10)が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミドおよび/またはガラス繊維充填されたポリマのグループからの少なくとも一種類の材料の射出成形により、該材料で取り囲まれている、請求項14または15記載の射出成形部材。
- 当該射出成形部材が、組み込まれた挿入部材(10)を備えたハウジング(14)として形成されている、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項記載の射出成形部材。
- センサハウジングにおいて、該センサハウジングが、挿入部材(10)を備えた射出成形部材(14)であり、挿入部材(10)が、スリーブ状のボディ(11)を有しており、該スリーブ状のボディ(11)が、少なくとも外側の表面(19)および端面(20,21)に金属製の防食層(12)を有しており、該防食層(12)に封止層(13)が析出されていることを特徴とする、センサハウジング。
