- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属でなり、中心にボルト挿通孔が形成された
円筒部と、この円筒部の外周に形成された台面と
を備えたブツシユと、 合成樹脂でなり、前記ブツシユを一体にして成
形されて円筒状の収納空間を形成したケースと、 圧電素子とウエイトを前記台面上に積重ねた円
筒状をなし、前記収納空間内に収納固定された振
動―電気変換部と、 前記収納空間内であつて前記振動―電気変換部
の外周および上部に充填された充填材と、 を備えてなる振動検出器。
