Description

本発明は少なくとも一重以上のフィルムで製造されたパウチ容器で異種物質 混合する方法及び構造に関する。より詳しくは、本発明は容器の排出部に結合された排出台の２次物質を貯蔵する空間を形成して、この２次物質を容器に入れた主内容物と効果的に混合させるパウチ容器で異種物質を混合する方法及び構造に関するものである。
一般的に、ペット瓶に結合された蓋に別途の物質を貯蔵する技術はよく知られている。しかし、このような技術は、軟質容器の場合には排出台の大きさが大きく差があるので適用されなかった。
したがって、２次物質は軟質容器内に排出台を通じて投入された。しかし、直径が小さい排出台を通じて２次物質を混合することは難しい。
また、パウチ容器の内部に仕切りを設けて２次物質を貯蔵することができる。使用時には、前記仕切りを除去して２次物質が主内容物と混合される。しかし、これは仕切りを除去することが難しく、２次物質が主内容物と効果的に混合されないなどの問題点がいる。
本発明は詳述した従来技術の問題点を解決するためのものである。
本発明の目的は、パウチ容器の異種物質を容易に混合するための方法及び構造を提供することにある。
また、本発明の他の目的は、第1物質を容易に貯蔵でき、そして第1物質をパウチ容器の第2物質と混合できる異種物質を混合する方法及び構造を提供することにある。
また、本発明の他の目的は、容易に使用できる異種物質を混合する方法及び構造を提供することにある。
また、本発明の他の目的は、貯蔵空間内に貯蔵された第１物質が任意的に漏らすことを防止することができる異種物質を混合する方法及び構造を提供することにある。
前記目的を実現するために、本発明は、パウチ容器に固定された排出台本体の排出口内に挿入された蓋の管部と、前記排出口との間の空間に第１物質を充填し、排出口及び管部の下端にシート形状のシール部材を接着する段階と、蓋の作動によって排出台からシール部材を分離して第１物質をパウチ容器の内側に排出する段階と、第１物質をパウチ容器内の第２物質と混合する段階とを含むパウチ容器の異種物質を混合する方法を提供する。

本発明によると、粉末または液体などの第１物質が別途の貯蔵空間に貯蔵できて、必要時に、容器内に貯蔵された第２物質と容易に混合できる。
また、簡単な操作で別途の貯蔵空間内に貯蔵された第１物質が排出されて容器内に貯蔵された第２物質と迅速に混合される。
また、第１物質と第２物質が独立的に貯蔵されるので、第１物質が任意的に 第２物質と混合されることを防止することができる。
以下、本発明の好ましい実施例を添付した図面を参照して説明する。
図１乃至図７はパウチ容器で異種物質を混合するための構造を表す図面である。図１に示した通り、本発明の構造は、容器に接着されて容器の内容物を外に排出する排出台本体１０と、前記本体１０に結合される蓋２０とからなる。
前記本体１０は管形状に形成されて排出口１１を形成する。前記本体１０の上部外側には蓋２０が結合される口部１２が形成され、下部外側には容器に接着固定される接着部１３が形成される。前記接着部１３の下側には作働部１４が形成されている。
前記蓋２０は上部面２１と、この上部面２１から下側に延長されて前記口部１２に螺子結合される側面部２２を含む。
そして、管部２３が前記上部面２１の内面から延長形成されて排出口１１の内側に挿入される。
前記管部２３は、蓋２０の開放作動によって容器内に貯蔵された第2物質と混合される第１物質が貯蔵される貯蔵空間２４を定義する。
図２に示した通り、シール部材２５が前記管部２３の下部に結合される。このシール部材２５には、前記蓋２０の開放時に作動部１４に掛かる掛かり敷居部２６が備わって、シール部材２５が管部２３から分離されることができる。
従って、容器に蓋２０が結合された排出台本体１０を接着固定させたり、容器に接着固定された本体１０に蓋２０を結合させると、組立が完了される。
そして、前記第１物質は管部２３内の貯蔵空間２４に充填され、前記管部２３の下側にシール部材２５が結合される。したがって、前記第1物質は容器に 貯蔵された第2物質と任意的に混合されない。
本体１０及び蓋２０が組み立てられた状態で、蓋２０を螺子開放しだり、上昇させると管部２３も上昇する。この時、前記シール部材２５の掛かり部２６が接着部１３の下端に形成された作働部１４に掛かって、シール部材２５は管部２３から分離されることができる。
前記シール部材２５が管部２３から分離されると、貯蔵空間２４の内部に貯蔵された第１物質が容器へ落下して容器内の第２物質と混合される。使用者は排出口１１を通じて混合物を飲用することができる。
前記掛かり部２６は本実施例に限定されない。例えば、図４に示した通り、前記掛かり部２６の位置を変化させることができるように、支持敷居２５１をシール部材２５の下部に延長して形成できる。前記掛かり部２６は支持敷居２５１に掛かって回動量が制限される支持突起２６１を備える。 前記掛かり部２６にはシール部材２５と連結される連結部２６２が形成されている。
従って、前記管部２３の上昇時に、上側に折られた状態の掛かり部２６が作働部１４に掛かりながら下側に回動する。回動される掛かり部２６の支持突起２６１は支持敷居２５１に掛かりながら外側に突出された状態を維持する。この時、作働部１４によって作用する力が掛かり部２６に伝達されるので、シール部材２５が管部２３から分離されて貯蔵空間２４内の第1物質が落下するようになる。
一方、図５に示した通り、前記排出口１１の下部内側に環突起１４１を形成すると、シール部材２５の組立がさらに容易になる。
また、図６に示した通り、シール部材２５の縁に落下空間２７１を形成すると、管部２３の上昇時に前記落下空間２７１が開放されるので、貯蔵空間２４内の第1物質が容易に落下できる。
また、図７の示した通り、第1物質は蓋２０が結合された排出口１１と管部２３の間の空間に充填され、前記管部２３の下端にシート形状のシール部材２５０を接着する。蓋２０が開放されると、前記シール部材２５０が破損されて第1物質が落下して、容器内の第２物質と混合するようになる。
図８乃至図１０は本発明の第２実施例を示す。
本実施例による排出台本体１０は接着部１３と截取線１２０によって接続される。前記接着部１３はパウチ容器の排出側または瓶のネック部に結合される蓋Ａに一体に形成されることができる。
前記接着部１３と本体１０の下部外側の間には空間部１２１が形成されている。前記接着部１３の内側には掛かり敷居１２２が形成されている。
前記排出台本体１０は排出口１１が形成された口部１２を有する。前記口部１２の外側面に環縁１２３及び環突起１２４が所定の間隙をおいて形成されている。前記本体１０の下部には第1物質が排出される開放部１２５が形成されている。
前記口部１２の下端には傾斜下端部１２６が形成されている。
前記接着部１３の底面には、本体１０の排出口１１の内側に第１物質が独立的に貯蔵されるようにするシール部材１２７が接着される。前記シール部材１２６は接着部１３の底面のみに付着されたり、接着部１３の底面及び排出口１１の底面に付着される。
前記口部１２にも蓋２０が截取線１２８によって一体に形成されて、使用者が混合物を飲用時に口部１２から分離されることができる。
従って、本体１０の排出口１１の内に第１物質が貯蔵され、シール部材１２７が接着部１３に付着されて、第１物質は容器に貯蔵された第２物質と分離されることができる。
この時、口部１２を押して下降させると、截取線１２０が截取されて環突起１２４が接着部１３の内側に形成された掛かり敷居１２２に掛かって、この同時に、前記口部１２の下降作動によってシール部材１２７が破損される。その結果、開放部１２５を通じて第1物質が容器に排出されて容器内の第２物質と混合されることである。
第１物質と第２物質が混合されると、蓋２０を截取線１２０で分離させて使用者は排出口１１を通じて混合物を飲用できる。
本実施例で、前記シール部材１２７の接着はこの構造に限定されることではない。例えば、図１０に示す通り、口部１２の下部外側に掛かり突起１２８を形成し、前記口部１２の下側にシール部材１２７を結合させることができる。
即ち、口部１２を上側に上昇させると、シール部材１２７の縁が接着部１３の底面に掛かる。その結果、掛かり突起１２８からシール部材１２７が分離され、これによって排出口１１の内の第1物質が落下して容器内の第２物質と混合される。
そして、口部１２を下降させると、環突起１２４が掛かり敷居１２２に掛かって，その後、口部１２から蓋２０が分離されて、使用者は排出口１１を通じて混合物を飲用することができる。
図１１及び図１２は本発明の第３実施例を示す。本実施例では、蓋２０の内側に第1物質が貯蔵された例を説明する。
容器の開放部に接着される排出台本体１０は、口部１２とこの口部１２の下部に一体に形成された接着部１３を含む。前記接着部１３の下側に排出口１１と連通される排出誘導管１３０が接続されておる。前記排出口１１の上部内側には雌螺子部１３１が形成されていり、この雌螺子部１３１の下側には内敷居１３２が形成されている。
前記排出口１１の雌螺子部１３１に結合される蓋２０は、截取線１２０を持って管部１２と一体に形成されている。前記蓋２０は第1物質を貯蔵するための貯蔵空間２４を有する管部２３が形成されている。前記管部２３は下部が開放されている。前記管部２３はその外側に前記雌螺子部１３１と結合される雄螺子部１３３が形成されている。
前記管部２３の下側にはシール部材２５が挿入設置される。前記シール部材２５の外側縁には掛かり部２６が形成されている。前記掛かり部２６は敷居１３２に掛かって、シール部材２５が管部２３から分離されて第１物質を排出させるようになる。
従って、管部２３の内側に形成された貯蔵空間２４に第１物質が貯蔵された状態で、前記管部２３の下部にシール部材２５を結合させると、第１物質は貯蔵空間２４の内に制限される。
この時、蓋２０を上側に上昇させると、掛かり部２６が内敷居１３２に掛かって、管部２３のからシール部材２５が分離されて貯蔵空間２４の外に第1物質が排出される。排出された物質は容器内の第２物質と混合される。
続いて、前記蓋２０を口部１２の内側に形成された雌螺子部１３１から除去すると、使用者は排出口１１を通じて混合物を飲用できる。
本実施例でも、図１２に示した通り、前記シール部材２５は縁に落下空間１３４が形成されることができる。したがって、蓋２０を上昇させると同時にシール部材２５を管部２３から分離させて、前記落下空間１３４を通じて第1物質を落下できるようになる。
図１３乃至図１５は本発明の第４実施例を示す。
本実施例では、排出台本体１０は容器１００に接着される接着部１３と排出口１１を有する口部１２含む。蓋２０は前記口部１２に結合される。
前記蓋２０の上部面２１の内側に管部２３が形成される。この管部２３の下部は開放されている。第１物質は前記管部２３に貯蔵され、シール部材２５が分離できるように前記管部２３に挿入される。このシール部材２５の縁には掛かり部２６が形成されている。
前記排出口１１には、シール部材２５の掛かり部２６が掛かって前記シール部材２５を管部２３から分離されるようにする、複数個の掛かり片１４０が形成されている。前記掛かり片１４０は下側に傾くように内向して形成される。
前記シール部材２５は外側面に突部１４１を形成し、この突部１４１は管部２３の内側面に形成された凹部１４２に挿入されて、任意的にシール部材２５が管部２３から離脱されることを防止する。
そして、前記蓋２０には様々な形状を有するキャラクターＣが固定設置できる。
本実施例では、蓋２０を上側に移動させると、掛かり部２６が排出口１１の内側に形成された掛かり片１４０に掛かって、そしてシール部材２５が管部２３から分離される。その結果、貯蔵空間２４に貯蔵された第１物質が落下して容器１００内の第２物質と混合される。使用者は混合物を排出口１１を通じて飲用することができる。
一方、前記シール部材２５はこのような構造に限定することではない。例えば、図１４に示す通り、板状のシール部材２５を管部２３の下端に付着し、掛かり部２６はシール部材２５の縁に形成することかできる。前記掛かり部２６は、蓋２０の上昇時に掛かり片１４０に掛かって、シール部材２５が管部２３から分離されるようにする。
また、図１５に示した通り、前記シール部材２５の下部に穿孔部１４３を形成することができる。前記穿孔部１４３は管部２３の下端に結合されるように形成することができる。密閉力をさらに確実になるように、パッキング１４４をシール部材２５と管部２３の下端の間に配置することもできる。
図１６乃至図１８は本発明の第５実施例を示す。
本実施例の構造は、図１６に示した通り、容器１００に接着される排出台本体１０と、前記本体１０の上部に結合される蓋２０及びこの蓋２０の上部に結合される補助蓋３０を含む。
前記本体１０及び蓋２０は第４実施例と凡そ同一な構成になっているが、前記蓋２０に蓋口部１５０が形成されている。前記蓋２０の外部には螺子部が形成されており、この螺子部に結合される補助蓋３０は一定な高さほど下側に移動できる程度の距離を置いて結合されている。
前記補助蓋３０には、シール部材２５への力の印加によりシール部材２５を管部２３から分離する作動部３１が形成されている。この作動部３１は下端面が一側に傾くように形成されており、外部下側にスカート３２が形成されている。
前記蓋２０または補助蓋３０の一つにキャラクターＣが固定される。
従って、本実施例では、貯蔵空間２４の内側に第１物質が貯蔵された状態で、サーカット３２がシール部材２５が付着された管部２３に結合された状態に分離される。前記補助蓋３０はサーカット３２の分離により得た距離ほど下側に移動される。
そして、前記蓋２０を口部１２から分離すると、使用者は混合物を排出口１１を通じて飲用することができる。前記蓋２０の上昇時には、シール部材２５の掛かり部２６が掛かり片１４０に掛かって、シール部材２５を管部２３から分離して混合物の排出がさらに円滑になる。
一方、前記蓋２０または補助蓋３０の結合はこれに限定されことではない。例えば，図１７に示す通り、貯蔵空間２４の内側に移動部材１５１を位置させる。この移動部材１５１の内側面は補助蓋３０に形成された作動片３３に螺子結合される。前記移動部材１５１の下端には傾斜面１５２が形成されている。
補助蓋３０が回転されると、作動片３３に螺子結合された移動部材１５１が下側に移動する。この時、傾斜面１５２の尖っている尖端部がシール部材２５を破損させて、第1物質が落下して容器１００の第２物質混合されようにする。
図１８に示した通り、蓋３０に作動部材１５３が螺子結合でき、この作動部材１５３の下端には尖端部１５４が形成される。
従って、作動部材１５３が下降すると、シール部材２５は尖端部１５４により破損される。
図１９は本発明の第６実施例を示す。
本実施例では、管部２３の内側に形成された貯蔵空間２４にシール部材２５が挿入される。前記シール部材２５は管部２３の下端に挿入され、その縁には排出口１１に形成された掛かり片１４０に掛かる掛かり部２６が形成されている。
連結部１６０が前記シール部材２５から垂直に延長形成され、前記連結部１６０には第1物質を円滑に排出するために羽部１６１が形成されている。
前記羽部１６１は連結部１６０と一体に形成されたり、別に形成されて連結部に結合されることもできる。
本実施例では、蓋２０を螺子移動して上昇させると、シール部材２５に形成された掛かり部２６が排出口１１に形成された掛かり片１４０に掛かって、シール部材２５を管部２３から分離できる。
この時、前記蓋２０が続いて上昇すると、シール部材２５は排出口１１に固定された状態を維持する。従って、貯蔵空間２４内の第1物質は羽部２６によって効果的に排出される。
従って、貯蔵空間２４から排出された第１物質は容器１００の第２物質と効果的に混合される。使用者はこの混合物を排出口１１を通じて飲用することができる。

Claims (5)

  1. パウチ容器に固定された排出台本体の排出口内に挿入された蓋の管部と、前記排出口との間の空間に第１物質を充填し、排出口及び管部の下端にシート形状のシール部材を接着する段階と、
    蓋の作動によって排出台からシール部材を分離して第１物質をパウチ容器の内側に排出する段階と、
    第１物質をパウチ容器内の第２物質と混合する段階とを含むことを特徴とするパウチ容器の異種物質を混合する方法。
  2. 前記第１物質は、蓋の回転作動によってパウチ容器の内側に排出されることを特徴とする請求項１記載の方法。
  3. 前記第１物質は、蓋を上昇させることによってパウチ容器の内側に排出されることを特徴とする請求項１記載の方法。
  4. 前記第１物質は、粉末、顆粒および液体の中で選択されることを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項３のいずれかに記載の方法。
  5. 第１物質と第２物質の混合物が排出される排出口を有する排出台本体；
    前記排出口内に挿入される管部を有する蓋；および
    前記排出口及び前記管部の下端に、接着されたシート形状のシール部材を含み、
    前記第１物質が排出口および管部の間の空間に貯蔵されていることを特徴とするパウチ容器の異種物質を混合する構造。
