图3为根据本发明第一实施例的包含内衬袋的中型散装容器的局部剖视立体图。如图3所示,中型散装容器1内设有内衬袋2,内衬袋2上设有灌装口3和排放口4。内衬袋2的排放口4置于中型散装容器1的底部排放通道13中,从而便于内衬袋2中液体的排放。灌装口3用于向内衬袋2内灌装液体。
图4a为本发明的内衬袋2未充入液体时的示意图。本发明的内衬袋2为弹性内衬袋,其在灌装过程中和排放过程中,容积随着灌装或排放而增大或减小。当需要向内衬袋2中充入液体时,将可移动盖板7从中型散装容器1拆除,打开内衬袋2的灌装口3,即可开始灌装液体。
图4b示出了内衬袋2在灌装过程中的示意图。内衬袋2的袋体具有弹性,当通过灌装口3向内衬袋2灌装液体时,随着液体的灌入,内壁面积增加,内衬袋2的容积增大。
图4c是完成液体灌装时的内衬袋2的示意图。完成液体灌装后,可将可移动盖板7安装固定在中型散装容器1上。在运输至目的地之后,需排放液体时,打开排 放口4,液体从内衬袋2中排出。
图4d为根据本发明第一实施例的中型散装容器中内衬袋液体排放过程中的示意图。如图4d所示,将旋转锁钩9解锁并旋转至可移动盖板7的上方,可移动盖板7受重力作用或在外力作用下向下运动,从而加快内衬袋2中液体的排放速度。
当液体排放时,随着液体的排出,内衬袋2的内壁面积减少,内衬袋2容积减小,内壁面液体残留少,从而有利于内衬袋2内的粘稠液体较为彻底地排放,可减少资源浪费且节约成本。
可膨胀或可收缩的弹性内衬袋由弹性材料制作而成,例如乳胶。值得注意的是,制造内衬袋2所用的材料须不易被内衬袋2所装液体腐蚀或不与所装液体发生反应,避免缩短内衬袋2的使用寿命或者使内装液体变质。
图5为本发明第二实施例的包含内衬袋的中型散装容器的立体图。与上述第一实施例的区别在于,本实例的中型散装容器1’的盖板6并不需要能够在容器内向下滑动,且本实施的中性散装容器中,在具有弹性的可膨胀且可收缩的内衬袋2的外围还设有保护套5,保护套5能够保护内衬袋2不被外界尖锐介质刺破。
图6为根据本发明第二实施例的包含内衬袋的中型散装容器1’的剖视立体图。图7为根据本发明第二实施例的中型散装容器1’中保护套的立体示意图。如图6和图7所示,内衬袋2设在保护套5的内部,内衬袋2与保护套5在灌装口3和排放口4处密封连接,在内衬袋2由空至完成灌装的过程中,内衬袋2与保护套5之间为中空。保护套5上还设有密封连接的通气接头8,当排放液体时,可通过通气接头8向保护套5和内衬袋2之间的间隙中充入气体用于挤压内衬袋2,达到提高液体排放速度的效果。
该保护套5通常由1层或两层PVC涂塑布或PE膜通过热熔焊接或高频焊接制成。保护套5的顶端可打开以通过内衬袋2的灌装口3向内衬袋2中灌装液体。
内衬袋2的灌装口3和排放口4均可拆卸地密封连接于保护套5上,从而无需将保护套5打开,即可接触到灌装口3和排放口4,实现简便的液体灌装和排放。较佳地,灌装口3固定于保护套5的顶部,而排放口4伸出保护套5的侧面底部,从而置于中型散装容器1’的底部排放通道中。
图8a为根据本发明第二实施例的中型散装容器1’中内衬袋液体灌装完成时的剖视示意图。图8a中,内衬袋2中充满液体,内衬袋2与保护套5的壁面相互贴合。
图8b-8d为根据本发明第二实施例的中型散装容器中内衬袋液体排放过程的示意图,图8e为根据本发明第二实施例的中型散装容器中内衬袋液体排放完成时的示意图。如图8b-8e所示,在液体排放过程中,通过通气接头8充入气体,对内衬袋2形成挤压,有效地加速粘稠液体的排放并保证了液体排放的彻底性,有效地避免了资源的浪费。
本实施例的内衬袋采用与前述实施例相同的弹性内衬袋,当液体灌装时,随着液体的灌入,内衬袋本体的表面积增加,内衬袋2的容积增大;当液体排放时,随着液体的排出,内衬袋本体的表面积减少,内衬袋的容积减小。
另一实施例中(图未示),在没有保护套的情形中,排放口固定于中型散装容器某个侧面的底部,灌装口可固定于中型散装容器的上述侧面相对的一面的顶部。
内衬袋可与排放口的法兰边或连接边直接焊接密封,或者通过卡扣、卡箍类第三零部件连接成为可密封的容器。
在一优选实施例中,排放口也可同时用作灌装口。
本发明的用于中型散装容器中的内衬袋具有弹性,尤其适用于灌装粘稠液体,在液体的排放过程中,内衬袋的内壁面积随之减小,液体排放完成后,内衬袋的内壁面积缩小为最小状态,残留在内衬袋里的液体很少。本发明有利于增加液体尤其是粘稠液体的利用率,减少浪费、节约成本,同时省略了人为挤压排放残留液体的动作,节省了人力。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种内衬袋,所述内衬袋包括内衬袋本体、排放口和灌装口,其特征在于:
    所述灌装口与所述内衬袋本体密封连接,液体通过所述灌装口灌入所述内衬袋中;
    所述排放口与所述内衬袋本体密封连接,液体通过所述排放口从所述内衬袋排出;以及
    所述内衬袋用于容纳液体,所述内衬袋本体具有弹性,使得当液体灌装时,随着液体的灌入,所述内衬袋本体的表面积增加,所述内衬袋的容积增大;当液体排放时,随着液体的排出,所述内衬袋本体的表面积减少,所述内衬袋的容积减小。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述内衬袋设置在中型散装容器内部,所述内衬袋的排放口固定于所述中型散装容器的底部的排放通道中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述内衬袋由弹性材料制作而成,且所述弹性材料具有不被所述内衬袋所装的液体腐蚀或不与所装液体发生反应的特性。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述中型散装容器设有可移动元件,当排放内衬袋中的液体时,所述可移动元件能够在所述中型散装容器内移动并挤压所述内衬袋而利于内衬袋中液体的排放。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述中型散装容器顶部设有可移动盖板,所述可移动盖板上设有锁定机构,所述可移动盖板能够通过所述锁定机构安装固定于所述中型散装容器,所述锁定机构解锁后,所述可移动盖板能够在所述中型散装容器内沿所述中型散装容器的侧壁向下移动。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述中型散装容器内,在所述内衬袋的外围还设有保护套,所述内衬袋与所述保护套在所述灌装口和所述排放口处密封连接,所述保护套能够保护所述内衬袋不被外界介质损坏。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述保护套上还设有通气接头,所述通气接头与所述保护套密封连接,当排放所述内衬袋中的液体时,通过通气接头向保护套和内衬袋之间的间隙中充入气体,使得内衬袋被挤压而增大液体排放速率。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述保护套由一层或多层PVC 涂塑布或PE膜通过热熔焊接或高频焊接制成。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述排放口同时用作所述灌装口。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的内衬袋,其特征在于,所述内衬袋与所述排放口的法兰边或连接边直接焊接密封或者通过另一连接构件连接成为可密封的容器。
