Abstract

(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑
(2)발명의 목적
본 발명은 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑에 관한 것이며,종래의 선행으로는 본 발명인의 것으로서,관부의 하단을 개폐하는 류의 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑이 있었다.
(3)발명의 구성
고정부재상에서 승강하여 내용물을 개방하는 이동부재로서 이뤄진 뚜껑은, 이동부재에 내용물을 저장하는 저장공간이 형성되고, 상기한 저장공간의 하방은 걸림편 등에 의해서 제거되는 것이 가능한 구조로 되어 있으며,상기 저장공간을 갖는 관부의 하단은 밀폐부로서 밀폐되어 있는 것이다.
그리고 상기 저장공간은 상방으로 일정 돌출된 관부가 이동부재의 상방으로 돌향되어 있는 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
이상과 같이 본 발명은 관부의 상방 돌출로 저장공간이 넓어 이종물질의 수용성이 향상된 큰 장점이 있는 것이다.

Description

내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑{omitted}
본 발명은 내용을 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑에 관한 것이고,종래의 선행으로는, 본 발명인의 것으로서,고정부재상에서 승강하여 이종물질을 개방하는 형의 이동부재로 구성된 뚜껑이 있었다.
상기한 종래의 것은 이종물질을 수용하고 배출하는 시스템에 관한 것이고,본 발명은 이종물질을 수용하는 저장공간을 확대하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 일종단면도를 보인 것이다.

이종물질을 수용하였다가 개방하는 형의 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑은,고정부재상에서 승강하여 내용물을 개방하는 이동부재로서 이뤄지고, 그러고 이동부재에는 내용물을 저장하는 저장공간이 형성되며, 상기한 저장공간의 하방은 걸림편 등에 의해서 제거되는 것이 가능한 구조로 되어 있음과, 또한 상기 저장공간을 갖는 관부의 하단은 밀폐부로서 밀폐되어 있는 것이다.
그리고 상기 저장공간은 상방으로 일정 돌출된 관부가 이동부재의 상방으로 돌향되어 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
용기(100)의 임의 부위에 부착되는 뚜껑(1)은, 구부(11)를 갖는 고정부재(10)와, 그 고정부재(10)상에서 상향되면서 저장공간(22)의 내용물을 개방하는 형의 이동부재(20)로 구성되어 있다.
그리고 상기한 저장공간(22)을 갖는 관부(21)는 상방으로 일정 돌출되어 내용물의 수용공간을 확장할수 있되,그 형태는 다양할 수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 사용시는 이동부재(20)를 개봉하게 되면 관부(21)를 막고 있던 각양의 밀폐부(30)가 배출공(12)의 임의 위치에 형성된 걸림편(14)에 의해 제거되고,그 와 동시 저장공간(22)에 든 내용물이 용기(100)의 내부로 낙하 혼합되게 되는 것이다.
또한 상방으로 돌출된 저장공간(22)은 캐릭터 등의 형상으로 구성될 수 있는 것이다.
그리고 상방으로 돌출된 저장공간(22)의 구성은 브로우성형공법으로 완성될수 있는 특징도 있으며,경우에 따라서는 이동부재(20)의 외부로 별도의 형상체(40)를 조립시킬수 있는 것이다.
상기한 것의 목적 달성을 위하여는, 이동부재(20)를 성형사출한후 다음 공정에서 캐릭터등의 형상체를 브로우성형 하거나 또는 2스테이지 방식으로 추후 공정에서 상방의 저장공간을 열가열한후 브로우성형할수 있다.
또는 캐릭터등의 형상체를 별도제작한후 조립시킬수도 있는 것이다.
다른 실시예로서(도 2),도시된 바와 같이 적어도 1겹 이상으로 된 밀폐부(30)를 열접착이나 초음파 또는 고주파 등의 방법으로 기밀시키고,그 사용시는 걸림편(14)등에 의해 개방되도록 구성할 수 있는 것이다.
또한 밀폐부(30)는, 경우에 따라서는 알루미늄 등이 부가되어 베리어성 등을 부가시킬수 있다.
또 다른 실시예로서(도 3), 도시된 바와 같이 천공부(32)가 있는 밀폐부(30)를 관부(21)의 단부에 조립시킬수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 저장공간이 효율적으로 확장된 바,별도의 내용물을 대량 수용시킬수 있는 큰 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 각양의 용기에 수용되는 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑은, 배출공과 구부를 갖는 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재에 결합되어 있다가 개봉하게 되면 저장공간에 든 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑에 있어서,
    상기 저장공간은 이동부재의 상방으로 일정 형태와 크기로 돌출되어 이종물질을 수용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상방으로 돌출된 저장공간은 캐릭터 등의 형상인 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상방으로 돌출된 저장공간의 형상 구성은 브로우성형공법으로 달성되는 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이동부재에는 형상체를 조립한 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  5. 각양의 용기에 수용되는 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑은, 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재에 결합되는 이동부재와,상기 이동부재를 개방하면 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 뚜껑에 있어서,
    상기 저장공간이 있는 이동부재는 캐릭터 등의 형상체인 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  6. 각양의 용기에 수용되는 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑은, 배출공과 구부를 갖는 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재에 결합되어 있다가 개봉하게 되면 저장공간에 든 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑에 있어서,
    상기 저장공간은 이동부재의 상방이나 하방중 하나 이상으로 선택되며,그 저장공간의 형태는 자유롭고, 그 저장공간에는 이종물질을 수용할수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  7. 각양의 용기에 수용되는 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑은, 배출공과 구부를 갖는 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재에 결합되어 있다가 개봉하게 되면 저장공간에 든 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑에 있어서,
    상기 저장공간은 이동부재의 상방이나 하방중 하나 이상으로 선택되며,그 저장공간의 형태는 자유롭고, 그 저장공간에는 이종물질을 수용할수 있도록 구성되며,상기한 저장공간이 있는 관부의 하방에는 적어도 1겹 이상으로 된 밀폐부가 형성된 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 밀폐부는 저장공간이 있는 관부의 저부에 초음파나 열접착 또는 고주파 등의 방법으로 기밀되어 있다가, 상기 이동부재를 개방하게 되면 관부로 부터 밀폐부가 이탈되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 내용물 자장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
  9. 각양의 용기에 수용되는 이종물질을 수용하는 뚜껑은, 배출공과 구부를 갖는 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재에 결합되어 있다가 필요시 개봉하거나 터치하게 되면 저장공간에 든 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 이동부재를 갖는 뚜껑에 있어서,
    상기 저장공간은 이동부재의 상방이나 하방중 하나 이상으로 선택되며,그 저장공간의 형태는 자유롭고, 그 저장공간에는 이종물질을 수용할수 있도록 구성되며,상기한 저장공간이 있는 관부의 하방에는 적어도 1겹 이상으로 된 밀폐부가 형성된 것을 특징으로한 내용물 저장공간을 갖는 뚜껑.
