이종물질을 수용한 수용장치
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것으로는 고정부상에서 작동부가 상향될 때 저장공간의 내용물이 낙하 혼합되는 것이 있었으며, 본 발명은 상기한 것을 개선하고자 한다.
(3)발명의 구성
용기의 내용물 배출방향에 대응되는 고정부, 상기한 고정부의 수용부를 중심으로 개폐작용을 하는 개폐장치가 있는 작동부에 있어서, 상기한 개폐장치는 작동부의 저면부에 일체되고 상방이 천공되며, 그 천공부를 별도의 마개로 밀폐시킨 것이다.

수용부가 고정부의 내부를 중심으로 형성되기 때문에 수용부에 많은 내용물을 저장시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 수용장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 수용부를 작동부에 형성한 본 발명인의 기술이 있었다.
종래의 것으로 수용부를 작동부에 형성할 경우, 저장공간이 협소해지는 폐단 이 있었으며, 본 발명은 이러한 점을 해결하기 위하여 수용부를 고정부에 형성한 특징의 기술이다.
용기의 내용물 배출방향에 결합되거나 접착되는 다양한 결합방식의 고정부(10)와 상기한 고정부(10)의 내부로는 하방에 개폐공(12)이 있는 수용부(11)를 구성한다.
그리고 상기한 수용부(11)를 갖는 고정부(10)의 상부로는 구부(13)를 구성한다.
또한 상기한 고정부(10)의 구부(13)를 중심으로는 작동부(20)를 결합시키되, 작동부(20)의 상면 저부로는 길게 연장된 개폐공(12)을 막고 여는 밀폐부(22)가 있는 개폐장치(21)가 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기한 개폐장치(21)는 적어도 1개 이상의 공간(24)이 있는 하나 이상의 지지대(23)에 의해 밀폐부(22)가 형성되는 것이 좋다.
그리고 상기 수용부(11)의 저장공간(14)에 내용물을 넣기 위하여 작동부(20)의 상방이 일정 크기로 천공되고, 그 천공부를 통해 내용물을 넣은 후 별도의 마개(25)나 또는 필름 등으로 기밀 시킨 것이다.
또한 상기 고정부(10)와 작동부(20)로 구성된 이종물질 수용장치(1)는 작동부(20)를 개방하여 저장공간(14)의 내용물이 개폐공(12)을 통해 낙하되고, 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합된 내용물을 더욱 더 혼합시키기 위하여 작동부(20)를 고정부(10)의 구부(13) 상에서 완전히 분리하지 않았을 때 내용물이 밖으로 새는 것을 방지하는 구부밀폐부(26)가 임의 크기와 길이로 구부(13) 내벽부에 대응되는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 과 같은 상태에서, 작동부(20)를 개방하면 개폐장치(21)가 상향되면서 개폐공(12)이 열려 수용부(11)의 내용물이 개폐공(12)을 통해 낙하되는 것이다.
상기한 상태에서 작동부(20)가 고정부(10)의 구부(13)에서 완전히 분리되지 않은 상태에서 용기를 흔들게 되면 혼합된 내용물의 일부가 개폐공(12)을 통해 수용부(11)의 저장공간(14)으로 이동되어 더욱 혼합성이 향상되는 특징이 있다.
이상과 같은 상태에서 작동부(20)를 완전히 고정부(10)로부터 분리시켜 구부(13)를 통해 혼합된 내용물을 배출시키거나 또는 고정부(10)를 용기목(100)으로부터 분리시킨후 내용물을 배출시킬 수 있는 것이다.
수용부가 고정부의 내부를 중심으로 형성되기 때문에 수용부에 많은 내용물을 저장시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 조립되거나 결합되거나 부착되는 저장공간이 있는 수용부를 갖는 고정부와,
    상기한 고정부의 상부 구부를 중심으로는 상기 개폐공을 기밀하는 개폐장치가 있는 작동부가 구성되며,
    상기 개폐장치는 수용부의 저장공간에 이종물질을 많이 넣을 수 있도록 저장공간의 체적을 최소화로 침범하도록 설계된 지지대에 의해서 유지되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 수용장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지대는 일측의 일부 이상이 트인 공간에 의해 저장공간의 체적을 최소화 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 수용장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부의 상방은 천공되고, 그 천공부를 통해 수용부에 이종물질을 넣고, 상기한 천공부를 별도의 마개나 필름 등으로 기밀 처리한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 수용장치.
