(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것은 일반적인 것이며, 본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 저장공간에 내용물을 내입하는 구성에 관한 것이다.
(3)발명의 구성
고정부와 작동부로 구성된 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 있어서, 이종물질이 수용된 저장공간의 저부에는 공간을 두고 그 공간을 통해 이종물질을 넣고, 상기한 공간에는 비교적 경질의 밀폐부마개부를 조립하여, 기밀성과 내용물 충진성을 개량한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
저장공간의 저부 밀폐부에 천공된 공간을 통해 이종물질을 내입한 바, 충진성이 좋고, 또한 비교적 경질의 밀폐부마개부가 밀폐부를 외측으로 벌리는 형태로 조립되기 때문에 기밀성이 향상된 장점이 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 고정부상에서 작동부가 열리는 과정에 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성된 것이 있었다.
종래의 것은 저장공간의 상방이나, 또는 저장공간이 있는 작동부를 고정부에 결합하기 전에 저장공간에 내용물을 넣고 배출장치를 사용상의 상태로 조립하였다.
본 발명은 저장공간의 저부에 천공된 공간을 통해 내용물을 넣고 그 부위를 경질의 마개로 마감하여 기밀성을 향상시키고, 작업성 또한 향상되게 하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 용기(100)에 고정되는 고정부(10)와 상기 고정부에 결합되어 있다가 개방시 이종물질이 낙하되는 형의 저장공간(22)이 있는 수용부(21)가 구성된다.
그리고 상기 수용부(21)의 저부는 고정부(10)의 밀폐부지지부(11)에서 연장되어 구성된 공간부(13)가 있는 밀폐부(12)에 의해서 간이 기밀되고, 상기한 공간부(13)를 통해 내용물을 넣고, 그 공간부(13)를 경질의 밀폐부마개부(30)로서 기밀시키면, 비교적 얇은 형태의 밀폐부(12)가 수용부(21)의 내벽부에 긴히 밀착되어 기밀성을 유지하는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명은, 작동부(20)를 개방하면 수용부(21)가 밀폐부(12)로부터 벗어나면서 저장공간(22)에 있던 내용물이 낙하공간(14)을 경유 용기(100) 내부로 낙하되는 것이다.
이유가 상기한 바, 밀폐부마개부(30)는 수용부(21)의 하단을 어느 정도 감싸는 형태로 조립될 수 있다.
저장공간의 저부 밀폐부에 천공된 공간을 통해 이종물질을 내입한 바, 충진성이 좋고, 또한 비교적 경질의 밀폐부마개부가 밀폐부를 외측으로 벌리는 형태로 조립되기 때문에 기밀성이 향상된 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 용기에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기한 고정부에 고정되어 있다가 개방하면 수용부의 저부를 밀폐하고 있던 밀폐부가 열리면서 수용부의 내부에 있던 내용물이 낙하공간을 경유 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 선행에 있어서,
    상기 수용부의 저부를 막는 밀폐부의 임의크기를 공간부로 두고, 그 공간부를 통해 수용부의 저장공간에 내용물을 넣은 후, 상기한 공간부를 별도의 밀폐부마개부로서 기밀시킨 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
