이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것으로는 뚜껑의 상부에 끼움부를 형성한 것이 있으며, 본 발명은 상기한 것의 개량에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
뚜껑의 일부를 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하되도록 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑의 상방에, 저장공간에 내용물을 넣는 주입구 부위를 끼움부로 마감함에 있어, 상기 끼움부의 하부 일정 길이를 커팅하여 주입구에 끼움부를 끼울시 압력 발생이 최소화 되도록 구성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
저장공간의 상방에 형성된 주입구 부위를 막는 끼움부의 일측 이상을 커팅하여 공간이 형성되게 한 바, 조립시 압력이 커팅부를 통하여 해소된 관계로 기밀성이 지속적으로 유지될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Description

이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 단순 밀폐형 끼움부를 갖는 이종물질 수용용 뚜껑이 있었다.
종래 본 발명인의 것으로는, 상부에 끼움부를 갖는 이종물질 수용용 뚜껑이 제안되었으나, 문제점으로는 조립시 공기 압축이 발생하여 저장공간에 과대한 압력이 지속되고, 또한 시간이 경과하면서 내부의 내용물이 경우에 따라 흘러 나오는 폐단이 발생하였다.
본 발명은 상기한 폐단을 해결하고자 끼움부의 외부를 중심으로 조립시 공기가 배출될 수 있는 압력해소부를 설치하여 이를 해결하고자 한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
각양의 방법으로 내부에 저장공간을 갖도록 구성된 이종물질 수용용 뚜껑에 있어서, 상기한 뚜껑에 이종물질을 용이하게 내입하는 수단의 주입구를 상방에 형성하고, 상기한 주입구를 밀폐시키는 끼움부를 상기한 주입구에 대응케 구성하되, 상기한 끼움부가 주입구의 내벽에 밀착되어 조립되는 과정에 저장공간의 공기가 외부로 용이하게 방출될 수 있는 정도의 압력해소부를 밀폐에 지장이 없을 정도로 형성한 것이며, 이를 도면에 근거하여 좀 더 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
실시예 1)
이종물질을 수용할 수 있는 뚜껑(1)은 용기(100)에 결합되는 고정부재(10)와 그 고정부재(10)상에서 개폐작용을 하는 작동부재(20)로 구성된다.
그리고 상기한 작동부재(10)가 고정부재(10) 상에 결합되어 있을 때는 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 보관되어 있다가, 개방되어질때는 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 낙하공간(11)을 통해 용기(100) 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된다.
또한 상기한 구조를 갖고 있는 작동부재(20)의 상방에는 저장공간(21)에 이종물질을 주입할 수 있는 주입구를 형성하고, 상기한 주입구를 폐쇄할 수 있는 끼움부(30)를 형성함에 있어, 상기한 끼움부(30)가 주입구에 삽입되는 과정에 저장공간(21)에 공기 압축이 발생하지 않도록 압력해소부(31)를 형성한 것이다.
상기한 압력해소부(31)는 바람직하게는 주입구에 밀착되면서 결합되는 밀폐면을 제외한 부분에 함몰된 홈 또는 커팅으로 그 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것이다.
저장공간의 상방에 형성된 주입구 부위를 막는 끼움부의 일측 이상을 커팅하여 공간이 형성되게 한 바, 조립시 압력이 커팅부를 통하여 해소된 관계로 기밀성이 지속적으로 유지될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용기에 결합되고, 그 결합된 뚜껑은 내부에 이종물질을 수용하고 있으며, 상기한 뚜껑은 뚜껑의 일부를 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성되고, 상기한 뚜껑의 상부 일부에는 뚜껑의 저장공간에 이종물질을 넣고 이를 밀폐시키는 끼움부가 형성된 선행의 기술에 있어서,
    상기 끼움부가 주입구를 상대로 조립되는 과정에 상기 저장공간에 압력이 발생하지 않도록 압력해소부를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조.
