Abstract

(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
연포장 용기에 사용되는 수용부를 갖는 배출대
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것은 일반적인 시스템이고, 본 발명은 배출대의 고유기능을 살리면서 수용부를 구성하고, 그 목적을 달성하고자 한다.
(3)발명의 구성
연포장 용기에 적용되는 배출대는 용기가 수축되는 것을 방지하는 배출유도부가 구성되고, 상기한 배출유도부에는 용기를 가압할 때 저장공간이 열리는 수용부를 형성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
배출대에 형성된 배출유도부로 기인 음용시 용기가 수축되지 않고 내용물이 배출되는 장점과, 상기한 배출대에는 수용부가 형성되어 있어, 용기내의 내용물을 즉석에서 혼합하여 음용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

Description

연포장 용기에 사용되는 수용부를 갖는 배출대{omitted}
도 1 은 본 발명의 배출대가 연포장 용기에 부착된 일상태이고,
도 2 는 도 1 선A-A에 따른 종단면도이며,
도 3 은 본 발명의 다른 실시를 보인 것이다.

본 발명은 연포장 용기에 사용되는 수용부를 갖는 배출대에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 연포장 용기의 내부에 별도의 물주머니 형태의 것을 넣고 사용시는 그 물주머니 형태의 것을 강제적으로 눌러서 혼합하는 기술이 있었다.
상기한 선행의 것은 연포장 용기가 불투명할 경우, 사용할수 없는 폐단이 있었고, 다르게는 연포장용기를 구분되게 2중 공간으로 형성하고, 사용시는 공간이 넓은 형태의 용기부를 가압하면 구분된 경계부가 파괴되면서 다른 구분된 공간의 내용물과 혼합되도록 구성한 것이 있었으나, 압력에 의해 구분되는 경계가 파괴되는 것이 용이치 못한 폐단이 상존하였다.
본 발명은 상기한 것의 개선에 그 목적이 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
적어도 1겹 이상으로 된 연포장용기(100)에 부착되는 내용물 배출용 배출대(1)가 부착되고, 상기한 배출대(1)는 연포장용기(100)내의 내용물이 배출되는 과정에 내부에 진공이 걸리지 않도록 배출대본체(2)의 내부에 배출유도부(3)가 형성된다.
그리고 상기 배출유도부(3)의 임의 부위에는 압력에 의해 저장공간(5)이 열리는 수용부(4)를 형성한다.
바람직하게는, 수용부(4)의 저장공간(5)은 개폐공(6)에 의해서 연포장용기(100)의 내부와 연통되게 구성되고, 상기한 개폐공(6)은 밀폐부(7)로서 기밀된다.
또한 상기한 밀폐부(7)는 연포장용기(100)에 압력을 가하면 밀폐부(7)가 개폐공(6)을 벗어나도록 구성한다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 과 같은 상태에서 연포장용기(100)를 가압하면 용기내에 압력이 발생한 다.
상기한 압력은 개폐공(6)을 통해 밀폐부(7)에 전달되고, 밀폐부(7)는 압력을 견디지 못하고 열리게 되는 것이며, 이때 저장공간(5)의 내용물은 개폐공(6)을 통해 연포장용기(100)의 내부로 혼합되게 된다.
다른 실시로서, 도 2에서 보인 바와 같이 수용부(4)는 길이 방향으로 길게 형성하는 것이 가능하다.
또한 수용부(4)는 배출대(1) 일체형이거나 조립될 수 있다.
배출대에 형성된 배출유도부로 기인 음용시 용기가 수축되지 않고 내용물이 배출되는 장점과, 상기한 배출대에는 수용부가 형성되어 있어, 용기 내의 내용물을 즉석에서 혼합하여 음용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. (1회 정정)
    연포장용기의 내용물 배출방향에 접착되고, 상기한 연포장용기에는 배출유도부가 있는 배출대를 구성하며, 상기한 연포장용기의 배출대를 열고 포장용기 내의 내용물을 배출하는 배출대를 갖는 연포장용기에 있어서,
    상기한 배출유도부에는 연포장용기를 가압하면 저장공간이 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 개폐공을 통해 연포장용기의 내용물과 혼합되도록 한 수용부와;
    상기한 수용부는 내부 저장공간에 개폐공을 두고, 상기한 개폐공에는 밀폐부를 두며, 상기한 밀폐부가 있는 저장공간의 단부는 봉합부로 밀폐됨과,
    상기한 수용부는 연포장용기의 외부에 압력을 가하면, 상기 수용부의 개폐공에 압력이 전달되고, 동시에 밀폐부가 개폐공의 상부 저장공간으로 열리며, 저장공간에 있던 이종물질은 연포장용기의 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 것을 특징으로한 연포장 용기에 사용되는 수용부를 갖는 배출대.
