Abstract

Die vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Flüssigkeit in einer flexiblen Verpackung, mit der das unbeabsichtigte Austreten von Flüssigkeit bzw. das Eindringen von Luft, Schmutz und Mikroorganismen in das in der Verpackung aufgenommene Produkt sicher und dauerhaft verhindert werden kann. Hierzu weist die erfindungsgemäße Entnahmevorrichtung ein den Einlaß der Entnahmevorrichtung aufweisendes rohrförmiges Halmelement (2) und ein dem Einlaß zugeordnetes Verschlußelement (10) auf. Die erfindungsgemäße flexible Verpackung zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit umfaßt einen Einstichbereich zum Einbringen einer Entnahmevorrichtung, der durch eine in der Hülle (32) der flexiblen Verpackung ausgebildete Ausnehmung (34), die im Ausgangszustand durch eine Folie (36) verschlossen ist, gebildet ist, wo die Folie (36) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie sich unter Ausbildung einer zeltdachförmigen Gestalt dichtend an die eingebrachte Entnahmevorrichtung anlegt.
