수압개전식 병뚜껑(왕관)

본 고안은 수압으로 개전되는 외관에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인 것은 욍관의 상면과 주벽 사이에 다수조의미세한 절개선을 형성하여 개전시에 절개선이 형성된 직각방향으로 압력을 주어 미세절개선이 늘어남에 따라왕관의 긴장이 해이되어 왕관이 벗겨지게 한 것인데 이는 오프너 없이 왕관을 열수 있게한 것이다.
종래의 왕관은 병구에 일단 착설되면 오프너가 있어야 개전이 가능한 까닭에 항상 오프너를 준비해야하므로많은 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 금속제 왕관(1)에 있어서 상면부와 주벽을 잇는 모서리부분(2)에 다수조의 미세한 절개선(3)을 형성하여 미세절개선과 절개선 사이에 연결부(3')를 유지시키고 미세절개선이 형성되는 방향과 직각되는 방향의상면부에 소정높이의 용출부(4)를 형성한 구조이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 왕관(1)을 병구에 착설하고 보관하였다가 내용물을 인출하기 위해 왕관을 개전할때는 수압을 이용하여 (엄지손가락이 좋음) 왕관(1) 상면부의 용출돌기(4)에 압력을 주면 미세절개선(3)이 수압에 의하여 벌어지면서 왕관의 긴장이 헤이되므로 별도의 오프너가 없이 왕관을 개전시킬 수 있도록 되므로사용이 편리하고 미세절개선(3)은 기계적 장치에 의하여 성형되기 때문에 소정압력이하의 상태에서는 병구를완전히 밀봉시킨 싱태로 유지되므로 운반도중에서 스스로는 열어지지않으며 내부에 패킹(5)이 있어서 내용물이 누출되는 것을 막게되고. 절개선(3)상호간에는 일정한 간격으로 연결부(3')가 있어서 필요없이 미세절개선(3)이 스스로 확장되는 것을 막아주므로 실용성이 확보되는 이점을 가지게 되는 것이다.

  1. 통상의 금속제 왕관(1)에 있어서 상면부와 주벽을 잇는 모서리부분(2)에 다수조의 미세한 절개선(3)을 형성하여 미세절개선과 절개선 사이에 연결부(3')를 유지시키고 미세절개선이 형성되는 방향과 직각되는 방향의상면부에 소정높이의 용출부(4)를 형성한 수압개전식 병뚜껑(왕관).
