종래의 것으로는 미국특허6,620,444호가 있으며,본 발명은 상기한 것의 개량에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
용기 내부에 압력기체가 내입되고, 그러한 구조의 것에 조립되는 이종물질 수용장치에도 압력기체가 내입되어 있으며, 상기한 것의 개방시에는 용기내부에 압력이 저하됨과 동시 이종물질 수용장치의 압력에 의해 밀폐부가 개방되어 내용물이 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
이종물질 수용장치를 개방함과 동시 내용물이 낙하혼합되는 바, 사용이 편리하고 특히 탄산음료등에 적용하기가 용이한 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 이종물질 수용장치에 관한 것이며, 종래의 것으로는 미국특허 6,620,444호가 있다.
상기한 미국특허 6,620,444호는 수용부를 복수개로 하고 하나 이상의 수용부에는 압력기체가 투입되도록 구성한 것이다.
이와 같은 수용부는 압력기체가 있는 용기 내부에 투입되어 진다.
또한 다르게는 복수개의 수용부에 있어, 하나의 수용부에는 이종물질을 넣고, 남은 수용부에는 공간이 형성된 체로 밀폐용 덮개가 조립되데, 상기한 이종물질이 넣어지지 않은 공간부의 상부로 조립되는 밀폐용 덮개에 적은 구멍이 형성되게 하며, 상기한 이종물질 수용장치를 용기에 넣고 용기 내부에 압력기체를 넣으면, 압력기체는 구멍을 통해서도 압력기체가 이동되어 용기 전체의 내부는 압력이 일정하게 분포된다.
상기한 상태에서, 용기의 개방부를 개방하게 되면 용기 내부의 압력이 급작스레 방출되며, 이때 이종물질 수용장치의 일부 공간에 든 압력기체는 적은 공간을 통해 방출되는 것이 용이치 못하게 된다.
이때 구멍이 형성된 밀폐용 덮개는 압력을 견디지 못하고 이조움ㄹ질 수용장치에서 분리되고, 수용부에 든 내용물이 용기 내부의 내용물과 혼합되도록 구성된 것이다.
그러나 문제점으로서는 덮개를 제거하기 위하여 별도의 공기를 가두는 공간이 필요하게 된바, 이종물질 수용장치의 부피가 현저하게 대형화 되는 폐단이 발생하였던 것이다.
본 발명은 상기한 폐단을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 수용부 자체에 압력기체 가 내입되고, 이러한 압력기체는 하방의 밀폐부에 의해서 기밀되는 것이며, 상기한 밀폐부는 용기 내부의 압력기체에 의해서 기밀이 유지되다가 용기 내부의 압력이 저하되면 밀폐부가 수용부의 압력을 견디지 못하고 개방되도록 구성하여 그 목적을 달성하고자 한다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 여러 기술적 설계 변경으로 그 목적 달성이 가능하나, 도 1은 그 구성 중 일부를 나타내 보인 것이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 이종물질 수용장치(1)는 용기(100)의 내용물 배출방향에 결합되거나 부착되는 본체(10)와 상기 본체(10)의 내부로는 본체(10) 일체형이거나 또는 조립되는 형의 저장공간(21)이 있는 수용부(20)가 형성된다.
그리고 상기 수용부(20)의 하부에는 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 낙하될 수 있는 구멍이 형성되고, 상기한 구멍은 밀폐부(30)에 의해서 기밀된다.
이상과 같은 구성의 이종물질 수용장치(1)에 있어서, 저장공간(21)에는 압력기체가 내입되고, 용기(100) 내부에도 압력기체가 내입되도록 구성되기 때문에 저장공간(21)의 내용물은 밀폐부(30)를 통해 기밀이 해제되는 일이 없게 된다.
즉, 용기(100) 내부의 압력기체가 수용부(20)의 저장공간(21)에 든 압력기체 보다 압력이 더 높기 때문이다.
그러나 이종물질 수용장치(1)가 용기(100)로부터 일정 개방되려할 때 용기(100) 내부의 압력이 저하되면 저장공간(21)의 압력이 밀폐부(30)를 밀어 수용부 (20)의 하부 구멍이 열려 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 용기(100) 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 것이다.
이유가 상기한 바, 밀폐부(30)는 어떤 경우라도 상부로 밀어 올려지지 않도록 구성되면 족하다.
그리고 상기 밀폐부(30)는 개방된 후 수용부(20)에 연결되어 있도록 고정부(31)에 연결부(32)로서 밀폐부(30)가 연결되게 구성할 수 있다.
또한 상기한 저장공간(21)에 압력기체를 넣는 방법으로는 이종물질 수용장치(1)를 용기(100)에 먼저 결합한 후, 상부에 형성된 별도의 구멍을 통해 압력기체를 넣은 후 보조마개(11)로서 기밀시킬수 있다.
또는 저장공간(21)에 압력기체를 액체등의 내용물과 함께 냉동시킨후 얼음 형태의 내용물을 넣게 되면, 상기한 얼음이 녹아 저장공간(21)에 압력이 발생하게 할수 있다.
또는 저장공간(21)에 드라이아이스 등의 고체를 넣은 후 일반 기온에서 기체로 변활때 저장공간(21)에 압력이 발생하게 하는 등 다양한 방법이 있을 수 있다.
다른 실시로서, 도 2에서 보인 바와 같이, 밀폐부(30)가 수용부(20)에서 이탈하지 못하도록 밀폐부(30)가 수용부(20)의 저부 구멍에 있는 지지부(22)에서 일정 이상은 내려가지 못하도록 구성할 수 있음을 예시한 것이다.
또 다른 실시로서, 도 3에서 보인 바와 같이, 밀폐부(30)가 본체(10)의 상부로부터 연장된 수단에 의해 일정 이상은 분리되지 않도록 구성한 것이다.
그리고 압력기체라 함은 고농도의 산소, 또는 공기압축, 또는 질소나 탄산가 스 등 식음료 등에 해를 끼치지 않는 다양한 종류의 것이 포함될 수 있다.
다르게는 처음에는 고체였을지라도 일 시간이 경과 후 기체로 바뀐다면 이 역시 본 발명의 사상에 포함된다.
마지막으로 도 4 는 본 발명의 또 다른 일실시를 보인 것으로서, 용기(100)의 압력에 의해 밀폐부(30)가 닫혀 있다가 용기(100)의 압력이 저하되면 시이소오 형태의 밀폐부(30)가 조립부(33)를 중심으로 하여 화살표 방향으로 열리게 되는 것이다.
이종물질 수용장치를 개방함과 동시 내용물이 낙하 혼합되는 바, 사용이 편리하고 특히 탄산음료등에 적용하기가 용이한 장점이 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 형성되는 이종물질 수용장치는 내부 수용부의 저장공간에 이종물질이 내입되도록 구성되고, 상기한 저장공간의 내용물은 필요시 용기 내부로 낙하되는 구멍이 있으며, 상기한 구멍은 별도의 밀폐부에 의해서 기밀이 유지되도록 구성됨과,
    상기한 형태의 이종물질 수용장치는 용기 내부에 압력기체가 있는 내용물 배출방향에 결합되데,
    상기한 용기 내부에 든 압력기체가 수용부의 저장공간에든 압력기체 보다 더 높아 평상시에는 이종물질 수용장치의 밀폐부가 기밀을 유지하고 있다가 이종물질 수용장치가 일부 이상 개방되는 과정에 용기 내부보다 저장공간의 압력기체 압력이 더 높을 때 밀폐부가 하방으로 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부의 내용물에 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 이종물질 수용장치.
  2. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 형성되는 이종물질 수용장치는 내부 수용부의 저장공간에 이종물질이 내입되도록 구성되고, 상기한 저장공간의 내용물은 별도의 밀폐부에 의해서 기밀이 유지되도록 구성됨과,
    상기한 형태의 이종물질 수용장치는 용기 내부에 든 압력기체가 수용부의 저장공간에든 압력기체 보다 더 높아 평상시에는 이종물질 수용장치의 밀폐부가 기밀을 유지하고 있다가 이종물질 수용장치가 일부 이상 개방되는 과정에 용기 내부보 다 저장공간의 압력기체 압력이 더 높을 때 밀폐부가 열리 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부의 내용물에 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부는 열린 후 수용부의 일부 이상에 연결되어 분리되지 못하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부는 시이소오 형태로 열리도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부의 저장공간에 압력기체를 내입하는 것은 용기에 압력기체와 내용물이 내입된 상태에서 이종물질 수용장치를 결합하고, 그 후 상방의 개방부를 통해 아종물질 및 압력기체를 내입시킨후 보조마개 등으로서 기밀처리한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
