(2)발명의 목적
종래 이종물질 수용장치는 일반적인 것이며, 본 발명은 수용부에 든 내용물의 혼합성을 향상시키는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 수용부의 내부에 액체나 분말 등을 넣고, 사용 시에는 작동부가 들어 올려지는 과정에 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하되며, 낙하된 혼합물의 혼합성을 향상시키고자 작동부를 원위치 시키고 용기를 흔들게 되면 수용부의 개폐공밀폐부가 열려 있기 때문에 배출장치나 용기의 내용물 공히 혼합성이 향상되는 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
배출장치의 개폐공밀폐부는 한 번 열리면 원위치 되지 않기 때문에 수용부의 내부가 완벽하게 씻겨 혼합성이 월등하게 향상된 장점이 있다.

종래의 것으로는 10-2003-80378호가 있으며, 본 발명은 즉석에서 용기에 별도의 내용물을 용이하게 낙하 혼합시키는 것에 관한 것이다.
종래 10-2003-80378은 이종물질의 혼합장치에 관한 것이고, 다른 유형의 것으로는, 배출장치의 수용부에 있는 개폐공이 열리 후는 다시 그 개폐공이 닫히지 않도록 한 본 발명의 선행이 있으며, 본 발명은 상기한 본 발명인의 선행을 좀 더 구체적으로 제시하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
용기의 내부에 내용물이 들어 있고, 그러한 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 적용되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 수용부(20)를 갖는 고정부(10)와 상기 고정부(10)의 구부(11) 내부를 중심으로는 작동부(30)를 결합시킨다.
그리고 상기 작동부(30) 하단부에는 수용부(20)의 저장공간(21) 개폐공(22)을 막는 개폐공밀폐부(41)가 있는 작동용밀폐부(40)를 조립시키되, 상기한 작동용밀폐부(40)는 바람직하게는, 고정부(10)의 구부(11)를 중심으로 결합되는 것이 좋다.
일예로는, 구부(11)의 내부를 중심으로 결합되고, 결합된 작동용밀폐부(40)는 작동부(30)에 의해서 상방으로 일정 들어 올려지는 정도이면 좋다.
이상과 같은 조건을 충족하기 위한 것으로서, 작동부(30)가 작동용밀폐부(40)를 상방으로 일정 이동되게 하는 수단으로는 작동용밀폐부(40)의 상단부 밀폐부걸림턱(42)에 작동부(30)의 저부로 형성된 결합부(31)의 결합부걸림턱(32)에 끼워져 상방으로 일정 당겨질 수 있는 정도이면 좋다.
그리고 상기 작동용밀폐부(30)가 상방으로 당겨진 후, 작동용밀폐부(40)가 일정 이상은 올라가지 못하도록 하는 수단으로는 작동용밀폐부(40)의 외환부에 상승방지부(43)를 두고, 그러한 부위가 구부(11)의 일부에 걸려 못 올라가게 하거나, 또는 구부(11)의 내벽부에 상승방지부(12)를 두어 작동용밀폐부(40)가 구부(11)를 벗어나지 못하게 한다.
또한 상기한 작동부(30)를 들어 올리게 되면 작동용밀폐부(40)가 상향되면서 동시 개폐공밀폐부(41)가 개폐공(22)을 벗어나면서 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 개폐공(22)을 통해 낙하된다.
그리고 작동부(30)은 상향되다가, 작동부(30) 자체 또는 작동용밀폐부(40)에 의해서 일정 이상은 상향되지 못하고 멈추게 되는 것이며, 상기한 상태에서 내용물의 혼합성을 향상시키고자 작동부(30)를 내리게 되면 작동용밀폐부(40)는 구부(11)의 내벽부에 마찰되거나 또는 일부 이상이 걸려 움직이지 않고 작동부(30)이 내려가게 된다.
상기한 상태에서는 개폐공(22)이 열려 있는 상태이기 때문에 저장공간(21)에 조금이라도 남아 있을 이종물질 까지도 혼합이 더욱 잘 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
그리고 상기한 상태에서, 혼합된 내용물은 작동부(30)가 들어 올려질 때 작동부(30)의 상방부에 형성되는 배출공(33)을 통해 배출되는 것이고, 작동부(30)를 닫으면 배출공(33)이 막히게 된다.
다른 실시로서(도 2), 도 2 는 작동용밀폐부(40)가 구부(11)에 결합되는 변형의 일예를 보인 것이고, 다르게는 개폐공(22)에 밀폐되는 개폐공밀폐부(41)의 다른 변형의 예를 보이고 있는 것이다.
배출장치의 개폐공밀폐부는 한 번 열리면 원위치 되지 않기 때문에 수용부의 내부가 완벽하게 씻겨 혼합성이 월등하게 향상된 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는, 작동부가 상향되는 과정에 내부의 저장공간에 형성된 개폐공을 막고 있던 개폐공밀폐부가 열리면서 이종물질이 개폐공을 통해 낙하 되고, 이와 동시 밀폐부를 막고 있던 개폐부가 열리면서 수용부에 든 저장공간의 내용물이 작동부의 배출공을 통해 배출되도록 된 기술에 있어서,
    상기 작동부가 상향될 때는 개폐공으로부터 개폐공밀폐부가 함께 상향되고, 상기한 작동부를 하향시킬 때에는 개폐공밀폐부가 개폐공을 막지 못하고 작동용밀폐부가 구부에 걸리거나 저항을 받아 움직이지 않은 상태로 작동부만이 하향되도록 설계한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
