Description
(1)下記一般式(1)の構造を有することを特徴とするジイモニウム塩化合物;
(2)一般式(1)のR1からR8の置換基を有していてもよい脂肪族炭化水素基の置換基が互いにそれぞれ独立にハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、カルボンアミド基、アルコキシカルボニル基、アシル基、アリール基またはアルコキシル基である(1)に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(3)一般式(1)のR9およびR10がフッ素原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基である(1)または(2)に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(4)一般式(1)のR9およびR10がトリフルオロメチル基である(1)から(3)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(5)一般式(1)のR1からR8のうち少なくとも1つがシアノ基を有する脂肪族炭化水素基である(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(6)一般式(1)のR1からR8のうち少なくとも1つがシアノ基を有する脂肪族炭化水素基であり、かつ少なくとも1つがシアノ基を有さない脂肪族炭化水素基である(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(7)一般式(1)のR1からR8のうち少なくとも1つがハロゲン原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基である(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(8)一般式(1)のR1からR8のうち少なくとも1つがアルコキシル基を有する脂肪族炭化水素基である(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(9)一般式(1)のR1からR8のうち少なくとも1つがアリール基を有する脂肪族炭化水素基である(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;
(10)一般式(1)のR1からR8のうち少なくとも1つが直鎖(C1−C6)アルキル基である(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物;

(19)(1)から(15)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物を記録層に含有することを特徴とする光情報記録媒体;
(20)(1)から(15)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物並びにシアニン系色素、スクワリリウム系色素、インドアニリン系色素及びポリメチン系色素からなる群から選ばれた1種以上の有機色素を記録層に含有することを特徴とする光情報記録媒体;
(21)(1)から(15)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物を含有することを特徴とする樹脂組成物;
(22)下記一般式(2)の化合物を酸化して得られた陽イオンと、陰イオンとの塩からなる化合物であって、該陰イオンが該陽イオンを中和させるのに必要な、下記一般式(3)のアニオンであることを特徴とする近赤外線吸収化合物;

(28)鉱酸の銀塩が硝酸銀であり、アニオンのアルカリ金属塩がカリウム塩である(26)または(27)に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物の製造方法;
(29)水溶性極性溶媒中で反応を行なう(26)から(28)のいずれか一項に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物の製造方法;
に関する。
で表される化合物を有機溶媒中、好ましくはDMF(ジメチルホルムアミド)、DMI(ジメチルイミダゾリジノン)又はNMP(N−メチルピロリドン)等の水溶性極性溶媒中、30〜160℃、好ましくは50〜140℃で、所望のR1〜R8に対応するハロゲン化化合物(例えば、R1〜R8がn−C4H9のときはn−C4H9Br)と反応させて、全ての置換基(R1〜R8)が同一である化合物(以下、全置換体と記す)(一般式(2))を得ることができる。また、R1からR8のすべてが同じ置換基である化合物以外の下記一般式(2)を合成する場合(例えば下記化合物例No.34の化合物の前駆体)には、先に所定のモル数(上記一般式(4)1モル当たり4モル)の試薬(n−C4H9Br)と反応させてR1〜R8のうち4つにn−ブチル基を導入した後、残りの置換基(iso−ブチル基)を導入するのに必要なモル数(上記式(4)のアミン体1モル当たり4モル)の対応する試薬(iso−C4H9Br)と反応させることによっても一般式(2)の化合物は合成できる。例示したNo.34の化合物の製造方法と同様の方法により、全置換体以外の任意の化合物を得ることができる。
本発明のジイモニウム塩化合物は最大吸収波長が900nm以上にあり、モル吸光係数も数万から十数万と大きい吸収ピークを有している。また耐熱性、耐光性、耐湿熱性などの安定性試験の結果より、従来のものに比べ変色が少なく、安定性に優れており、また溶解性試験より十分な溶剤溶解性を有しており、加工性の良い赤外線吸収剤として使用することが出来る。
実施例1
(表1におけるNo.1の化合物の合成)
DMF16.5部中にN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミン3部を加え、60℃に加熱溶解した後、DMF16.5部に溶解した硝酸銀1.16部とビストリフルオロメタンスルホン酸イミドカリウム塩2.19部を加え、30分間加熱撹拌した。不溶解分を濾別した後、反応液に水を加え、析出した結晶を濾過、水洗、乾燥し、目的の化合物No.1を4.3部得た。

実施例2
(表1におけるNo.2の化合物の合成)
前記実施例1でN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンの代わりにN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(i−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンに代えた以外は同様に反応させ、No.2の化合物を4.3部得た。
λmax 1104nm(ジクロロメタン)
融点165℃付近:熱分解点(重量減少開始温度)282℃付近(TG−DTA測定)
実施例3
(表1におけるNo.3の化合物の合成)
硝酸ナトリウム0.58部を水3部に溶解した溶液に、N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(シアノプロピル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミン3.28部とDMF16.5部を加えた。反応液を60℃まで加熱した後、DMF16.5部に溶解した硝酸銀1.16部を加え、30分間撹拌した。不溶解分を濾別した後、反応液にビストリフルオロメタンスルフォン酸イミドカリウム塩2.19部を加え3時間撹拌、水を加えた。析出した結晶を、濾過、水洗、乾燥し目的の化合物No.3を4.5部得た。

融点180℃付近:熱分解点(重量減少開始温度)282℃付近(TG−DTA測定)
実施例4
(表1におけるNo.4の化合物の合成)
前記実施例1でN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンの代わりにN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(i−アミル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンに代えた以外は同様に反応させ、No.4の化合物を3.7部得た。
λmax 1102nm(ジクロロメタン)
融点175℃付近:熱分解点(重量減少開始温度)280℃付近(TG−DTA測定)
実施例5
(表1におけるNo.9の化合物の合成)
前記実施例1でN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンの代わりにN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(シアノブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンに代えた以外は同様に反応させ、No.9の化合物を4.1部得た。
λmax 1086nm(ジクロロメタン)
融点145℃付近:熱分解点(重量減少開始温度)277℃付近(TG−DTA測定)
実施例6
(表1におけるNo.12の化合物の合成)
前記実施例1でN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンの代わりにN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジエチルアミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンに代えた以外は同様に反応させ、No.12の化合物を2.1部得た。
λmax 1084nm(ジクロロメタン)
融点186℃付近:熱分解点(重量減少開始温度)278℃付近(TG−DTA測定)
実施例7
(表1におけるNo.35の化合物の合成)
前記実施例1でN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンの代わりにN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−アミノフェニル}−p−フェニレンジアミンのn−ブチル誘導体と3−シアノプロピル誘導体の混合物に代えた以外は同様に反応させ、No.35の化合物を2.6部得た。
λmax 1090nm(ジクロロメタン)
融点135℃付近:熱分解点(重量減少開始温度)256℃付近(TG−DTA測定)
その他の化合物例についても上記合成例1〜合成例7と同様に対応するフェニレンジアミン誘導体を酸化剤で酸化した後、対応するアニオンと反応させることにより、合成することができる。
実施例8
特許文献2に記載の化合物であるN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの1,5−ナフタレンジスルホン酸塩(特許文献2、実施例1に記載の化合物)(比較例1:化合物No.151)及び1−ヒドロキシ−2,5−ナフタレンジスルホン酸塩(比較例2:化合物No.152)を用いた以外は同様にしてジクロロメタン中でのモル吸光係数(ε)を測定した。この結果を表2に示す。
前記実施例で得られた化合物について、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)およびトルエン中での室温での溶解度を測定した。この結果を表3に示す。
比較のために特許文献3に記載の化合物であるN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの六フッ化アンチモン酸塩(比較例3:化合物No153)及びN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(3−シアノプロピル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの六フッ化アンチモン酸塩(比較例4:化合物No154)も同時に溶解度測定を行った。この結果を表3に示す。
MEK18.8部に、前記各実施例で得られた各化合物1.2部をそれぞれ溶解させた。この溶解液に、MEK75部中にアクリル系樹脂(ダイヤナールBR−80、三菱レイヨン社製)25部を加え溶解させた樹脂液を80部を混合し、塗工用溶液を得た。これをポリエステルフィルムに厚さ2〜4μmになるように塗工し、80℃で乾燥させて本発明の近赤外線吸収フィルターを得た。
比較のために上記化合物の代わりに特許文献1に記載の化合物であるN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの六フッ化リン酸塩(比較例5:化合物No.155)、N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムのホウフッ化塩(比較例6:化合物No.156)を用いた以外は実施例10と同様にしてフィルターを作製し、同様に評価して、結果を表4に示した。
実施例11
前記合成例1で得られたNo.1の化合物0.02部とシアニン色素(OM−57、富士写真フィルム社製)0.10部をテトラフルオロプロパノール10部に溶解し、0.2μmのフィルターを通過させて塗布液を得た。この溶液1mlをグルーブ付5インチポリカーボネート樹脂基板上にピペットにて滴下し、スピンコーターにて塗布、乾燥し、有機薄膜記録層を形成した。塗布膜の最大吸収波長は719nmであった。得られた塗布膜に金をスッパッタリング法で製膜し、反射層として、光情報記録媒体を作製した。得られた光情報記録媒体をCD−R用記録再生機で評価したところ、記録、再生が可能であった。
実施例12
テトラフルオロプロパノール15部にシアニン色素(OM−57)0.3部を溶解し、その溶液に、No.3の化合物0.04部を添加し、塗液を作成した。得られた塗液をポリカーボネート基板にスピンコートし、色素膜を作成した。得られた色素膜をウエザオメータ(アトラス社製Ci4000)中で、光源出力:0.36W/m2、槽内温度:24℃、ブッラクパネル温度:40℃、湿度:30%RHの条件で、基板側から光を照射し、50時間で耐光安定性試験を行った。その後、シアニン色素の残存率を分光光度計にて測定した。結果を表5に示す。
比較の為にNo.1の化合物の代わりに特許文献3に記載の化合物であるテトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの六フッ化アンチモン酸塩(比較例7:化合物No153)を用いた以外は同様にして色素膜を作成し、評価し、結果を表5に示した。
テトラフルオロプロパノール10部にNo.3の化合物0.1部を添加し、塗液を作成した。得られた塗液をポリカーボネート基板にでスピンコートし、ジイモニウム塩化合物の薄膜を作成した。得られた薄膜をウエザオメータ(アトラス社製Ci4000)中で、光源出力:0.36W/m2、槽内温度:24℃、ブッラクパネル温度:40℃、湿度:30%RHの条件で、基板側から光を照射し、50時間で耐光安定性試験を行った。その後、シアニン色素の残存率を分光光度計にて測定した。結果を表6に示す。
比較の為にNo.1の化合物の代わりに特許文献3に記載の化合物であるテトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの六フッ化アンチモン酸塩(比較例8:化合物No.153)を用いた以外は同様にして色素膜を作成し、評価し、結果を表6に示した。
実施例10と同様にしてフィルターを作製し、得られた近赤外線吸収フィルターを80℃の条件のオーブン中で21日間放置した。その後、そのフィルターを分光光度計にて測色し、L*、a*、b*値を算出し、b*値の変化から安定性評価を行った。b*値が低い、すなわち可視部における吸収が低いほど近赤外線吸収フィルターとして好ましい。得られた耐熱試験の結果を表7に示す。
比較のために上記化合物の代わりにN,N,N’,N’−テトラキス{p−ジ(n−ブチル)アミノフェニル}フェニレンジイモニウムの六フッ化アンチモン酸塩(比較例9:化合物No.153)、を用いた以外は実施例4と同様にしてフィルターを作製し、同様に評価して、結果を表7に示した。
Claims (8)
- 請求項1に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物を含有することを特徴とする近赤外線吸収剤。
- 請求項1に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物を含有する層を有する近赤外線吸収フィルター。
- 請求項1に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物を含有する層を有するプラズマディスプレー用近赤外線吸収フィルター。
- 請求項1に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物を含有することを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 鉱酸の銀塩が硝酸銀であり、アニオンのアルカリ金属塩がカリウム塩である請求項6に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物の製造方法。
- 水溶性極性溶媒中で反応を行なう請求項6または7に記載のジイモニウム塩化合物の製造方法。
