Claims (5)
- 皮膚を貫いて身体部位(14)に刺入される、体液吸収用の毛管構造(18)を有する穿刺手段(10)と、該穿刺手段(10)の前進・後退運動を実施するための穿刺駆動装置(22)とを備える、体液を採取するための装置であって、
上記穿刺駆動装置(22)は上記穿刺手段(10)を後退相(58)において第1の距離(d1)だけ、その後の収集相(62)において第2の距離(d2)だけ後退運動させるように構成され、その際、上記後退相(58)は上記収集相(62)よりも短く、上記第1の距離(d1)は上記第2の距離(d2)よりも大きくかつ上記第2の距離はゼロよりも大きいことを特徴とする装置。 - 上記後退相(58)の持続時間は前進運動(54)の持続時間と同等レベルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 上記収集相(62)は上記後退相(58)に比較して10〜10,000倍に延長されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 上記穿刺駆動装置(22)は上記穿刺手段(10)を上記収集相(62)の間、等速で引戻すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記穿刺駆動装置(22)は上記穿刺手段(10)を上記収集相(62)の第1の時間区間において後続の第2の時間区間におけるよりも速い速度で引戻すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
