Claims (8)
- 皮膚に対して押圧するための表出ユニット、
皮膚を穿刺した後に体液を集めるための液体採取構造を含む、皮膚を穿刺するための皮膚穿刺部材、および
該皮膚穿刺部材を皮膚から取り除く手段
を含む装置であって、前記皮膚の穿刺の結果として生じる反射行為の前に体液を採取し、該穿刺部材を取り除くために、前記皮膚穿刺部材により皮膚を穿刺してから200ms以内に、皮膚から体液を採取し、前記手段により皮膚から前記穿刺部材を取り除く装置で、該皮膚穿刺部材が少なくとも350μm、長くとも600μmの長さを有する開口部を備えた先端をもつことを特徴づけられる装置。 - 皮膚に対して押圧するための表出ユニット、
皮膚を穿刺した後に体液を集めるための液体採取構造を含む、皮膚を穿刺するための皮膚穿刺部材、および
該皮膚穿刺部材を皮膚から取り除く手段
を含む装置であって、前記皮膚の穿刺の結果として生じる反射行為の前に体液を採取し、該穿刺部材を取り除くために、前記皮膚穿刺部材により皮膚を穿刺してから200ms以内に、皮膚から体液を採取し、前記手段により皮膚から前記穿刺部材を取り除く装置で、該皮膚穿刺部材が
液体を皮膚から抜き取るための開放式のキャピラリーチャネルを備える微量サンプル採取器、
該開放式のキャピラリーチャネルからの液体が、検査結果に重大に影響し得るサンプルの蒸発を減少させるような時間間隔の範囲で配置される分析手段
を含み、該液体の配置が該抜き取りから500ms以内に生じることを特徴づけられた装置。 - 微量サンプル採取器が、該微量サンプル採取器による皮膚の穿刺の結果として生じる反射行為が生じる前に、皮膚から体液を採取し、該微量サンプル採取器を皮膚から取り除くために、前記微量サンプル採取器により皮膚を穿刺してから200ms以内に、皮膚から体液を採取し、前記微量サンプル採取器が皮膚から取り除かれるように構成され、該微量サンプル採取器が
本体、
皮膚を穿刺するために該本体から延びる突出した先端を備えるシャフト、および
毛細管現象を介して体液を採取するためのキャピラリーチャネルの開口部と共に該シャフトに沿って延びる開放式のキャピラリーチャネル
を含み、該キャピラリーチャネルが親水性で、該キャピラリーチャネルの開口部が突出した先端から350〜600μmの間に位置付けられる装置。 - 前記キャピラリーチャネルの開口部が該突出した先端からおよそ425μmのところに位置づけられる、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記突出した先端が20〜40°の羽根角を有する、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記キャピラリーチャネルが0.7〜1.6の縦横比を有する、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記微量サンプル採取器を皮膚へと発射する発射装置をさらに含み、該発射装置が少なくとも6Nの力が皮膚に対して加えられる場合に該発射装置を発射するように構成された圧力に反応するトリガーを含む、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記微量サンプル採取器が取り付けられる計測器をさらに含み、該測定器が軟性の物質で覆われて成形された硬性の内部のリングにより製造された表出リングを含む、請求項3記載の装置。
