Claims (7)
- インクジェットプリンティング方式で吐出可能であり、顔料が混合されたワックスビードの添加されたインクジェット用カラーフィルタインクを製造する第1ステップと、
基板の一方の面にR、G及びBの画素を構成するブラックマトリックスを形成し、前記基板の他方の面に前記各画素に対応する位置に透明電極をそれぞれ形成する第2ステップと、
前記第1ステップで製造された前記カラーフィルタインクをインクジェットヘッドに充填させ、前記インクジェットヘッドから前記カラーフィルタインクを前記各画素に吐出させる第3ステップと、
前記インクジェットヘッドと前記透明電極とにそれぞれ所定電圧を印加して、前記第3ステップで吐出された前記カラーフィルタインクに含まれる前記ワックスビードを前記画素中に位置させる第4ステップと、
を含み、
前記インクジェットヘッドと前記透明電極とにそれぞれ所定電圧を印加する前記第4ステップの前に、前記ワックスビードの添加された前記カラーフィルタインクを帯電させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、カラーフィルタの製造方法。 - 前記第1ステップは、
顔料、分散剤、ワックス及びモノマーを混合して固体ワックスインクを作成するステップと、
前記固体ワックスインクを前記ワックスビードに成形するステップと、
前記ワックスビードを水または有機溶剤に均一に混合するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタの製造方法。 - 前記固体ワックスインクは、液体帯電法により、前記ワックスビードに成形されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記インクジェットヘッドには、前記カラーフィルタインクに帯電された電荷と同じ極性の電圧が印加され、前記透明電極には、前記カラーフィルタインクに帯電された電荷と反対極性の電圧が印加されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記透明電極は、前記画素の数と同じ数だけ前記基板上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記第4ステップの後に、前記各画素に注入されたカラーフィルタインクに対するベーキング工程及び平坦化工程を行うステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタの製造方法。
- 前記第2ステップで形成された前記透明電極を前記基板から除去する第5ステップ
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載のカラーフィルタの製造方法。
