Claims (2)
- インペラと連結したシャフトを回転自在に支承する軸受を有するキャンドモータに、前記軸受のラジアル方向及びスラスト方向の摩耗状況を監視すると共に、前記キャンドモータの稼動時間及び回転方向を計測する軸受摩耗監視手段が設けられており、前記軸受摩耗監視手段からの前記摩耗状況並びに前記稼動時間及び前記回転方向の各検出信号を処理する処理回路と、前記処理回路で処理された各信号を無線で外部に送信するための無線機とがプリント基板に装着されて装置本体内に収容されており、前記各信号を表示する表示板が密閉状態に前記装置本体内に収容されると共に、前記表示板の数値を外部から見られるような保護カバーが前記装置本体に着脱可能に装着されていることを特徴とするモータの軸受摩耗監視装置。
- 前記各信号として、更に前記キャンドモータの電流、温度、振動が含まれている請求項1に記載のモータの軸受摩耗監視装置。
