Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも、シャフトを回転自在に支承する軸受を有するモータからの検出信号を処理することにより前記軸受の摩耗を監視する軸受摩耗監視手段と、前記軸受摩耗監視手段で検出された検出信号を調整処理する調整処理手段とを内部に密閉状態に収容する保護カバーを具備したモータの軸受摩耗監視装置において、前記軸受摩耗監視手段から出力される前記軸受の摩耗監視に関する検出信号を前記調整処理手段を介して外部に設置された送受信機に送信する無線機を装置本体内に設ける。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも、シャフトを回転自在に支承する軸受を有するモータからの検出信号を処理することにより前記軸受の摩耗を監視する軸受摩耗監視手段と、前記軸受摩耗監視手段で検出された検出信号を調整処理する調整処理手段とを内部に密閉状態に収容する保護カバーを具備したモータの軸受摩耗監視装置において、前記軸受摩耗監視手段から出力される前記軸受の摩耗監視に関する検出信号を前記調整処理手段を介して外部に設置された送受信機に送信する無線機を装置本体内に設けて成ることを特徴とするモータの軸受摩耗監視装置。
- 前記無線機は前記装置本体内に装備されたプリント基板に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータの軸受摩耗監視装置。
- 前記軸受の摩耗監視に関する検出信号には、前記軸受のラジアル方向及びスラスト方向の摩耗状況の他、前記モータの回転方向及び前記モータの運転時間に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のモータの軸受摩耗監視装置。
- 前記モータはインペラと連結したシャフトを回転自在に支承する軸受を有するキャンドモータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のモータの軸受摩耗監視装置。
