Description
図4は、特に、従来のころがり軸受の問題を説明するものである。
塗装面で形成された取付け面を備える車体側の支持部材に、外周部に車両中心側に向き前記車体側の支持部材の前記取付け面へ取付けるために取付け面および取付け用の複数のボルト穴を有する外輪フランジを設け、内周部には複列の内周軌道を有する外輪と、
前記複列の内周軌道と対向する複列の外周軌道を有する内輪と、
外内輪間に介装され外内輪の相対回転を可能とする転動体と、
を有する車輪用ころがり軸受において、
前記外輪フランジの取付け面は、ボルト締結前、車両中心側へ向かって凹の円すい面になっており、ボルト締結後、塗装面が部分的に圧縮変形され、外輪フランジは支持部材の取付け面に密着固定されることを特徴とする車輪用ころがり軸受を提供する。
図1、および図2において本発明の実施形態1を説明する。
密封シール7a,7bは、外輪1の両端部内周部に取付けられて、外内輪間の空間を密封している。
なお、本実施形態では、転動体としてボールを使用しているが、ボールに限定することなく円すいころを使用しても実施することができる。

Claims (2)
- 塗装面で形成された取付け面を備える車体側の支持部材に、外周部に車両中心側に向き前記車体側の支持部材の前記取付け面へ取付けるために取付け面および取付け用の複数のボルト穴を有する外輪フランジを設け、内周部には複列の内周軌道を有する外輪と、
前記複列の内周軌道と対向する複列の外周軌道を有する内輪と、
外内輪間に介装され外内輪の相対回転を可能とする転動体と、
を有する車輪用ころがり軸受において、
前記外輪フランジの取付け面は、ボルト締結前、車両中心側へ向かって凹の円すい面になっており、ボルト締結後、塗装面が部分的に圧縮変形され、外輪フランジは支持部材の取付け面に密着固定されることを特徴とする車輪用ころがり軸受。 - 前記外輪フランジの外形が非円形であること、および
前記ボルト穴がねじ加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用ころがり軸受。
