Abstract
本発明は、支持部材の取付け面に車輪用ころがり軸受を取付けた場合に、支持部材の取付け面の精度の影響がころがり軸受の性能に影響を及ぼすことのない車輪用ころがり軸受を提供する。
【解決手段】
外輪フランジには外輪を支持部材へ取付けるボルト穴が複数個形成されると共に、前記外輪フランジの取付け面を車両中心側に向かって、予め所定の角度θだけ傾け、凹の円すい面としたことを特徴とする車輪用ころがり軸受を提供する

Description
図4は、特に、従来のころがり軸受の問題を説明するものである。
外周部には車両中心側に向き車体の支持部材への取付け面および取付け用の複数のボルト穴を有する外輪フランジを設け、内周部には複列の内周軌道を有する外輪と、
前記複列の内周軌道と対向する複列の外周軌道を有する内輪と、
外内輪間に介装され外内輪の相対回転を可能とする転動体と、
を有する車輪用ころがり軸受において、
前記外輪フランジは前記外輪フランジの取付け面が車両中心側へ向かって凹の円すい面になっていることを特徴とする車輪用ころがり軸受を提供する。
図1、および図2において本発明の実施形態1を説明する。
密封シール7a,7bは、外輪1の両端部内周部に取付けられて、外内輪間の空間を密封している。
なお、本実施形態では、転動体としてボールを使用しているが、ボールに限定することなく円すいころを使用しても実施することができる。

Claims (1)
- 外周部には車両中心側に向き車体の支持部材への取付け面および取付け用の複数のボルト穴を有する外輪フランジを設け、内周部には複列の内周軌道を有する外輪と、
前記複列の内周軌道と対向する複列の外周軌道を有する内輪と、
外内輪間に介装され外内輪の相対回転を可能とする転動体と、
を有する車輪用ころがり軸受において、
前記外輪フランジは前記外輪フランジの取付け面が車両中心側へ向かって凹の円すい面になっていることを特徴とする車輪用ころがり軸受。
