摩耗評価:シャフト用リップシール(内径12mm)を用いた回転試験を、エンジン用オ イル(タービン油VG32)と水(イオン交換水)の2種類の密封流体を用い、 周速5m/秒、流体圧力5MPa、流体温度150℃、試験時間10時間の条件下で 行い、リップ部の摩耗深さと流体の漏れ量(シール性)を測定(図1〜3参 照)
実施例1において、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート量を15重量部に変更し、2官能基系共架橋剤であるトリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(三菱レイヨン製品アクリエステル3ED;分子量286.33、粘度(20℃)10.2mPa・s)15重量部が追加して用いられた。
実施例1において、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレートの代りに、同量のトリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(アクリエステル3ED)が用いられた。
実施例1において、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレートが用いられなかった。
実施例1において、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート量を8重量部に変更して用いられた。

(1) 多官能基系共架橋剤を多量に配合することにより、混練性および成形加工性を悪化させることなく、炭素繊維を高充填配合することができる。
(2) 炭素繊維配合量を増加させることにより、シール材の耐摩耗性を向上させることができる。
(3) 多官能基系共架橋剤の配合は、10%モジュラスおよび耐潤滑油性、耐摩耗性を顕著に改善させる。

Claims (7)
- ムーニー粘度ML1+4(100℃)が100以下、アクリロニトリル含量が30〜50%、ヨウ素価が28以下の水素化ニトリルゴム100重量部、炭素繊維60〜250重量部および分子量が150〜500でかつ粘度(20℃)が3〜120mPa・sの多官能基系共架橋剤12〜70重量部を含有してなる水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- 多官能基系共架橋剤が、エチレングリコールジアクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジアクリレート、1,3-ブチレングリコールジアクリレート、1,6-ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレートまたはこれらに対応するメタクリレート、トリアリルイソシアヌレートあるいはトリアリルシアヌレートである請求項1記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
