Description
また、ダンパを使用せずダンパに変えて単に開口面積を固定した整流板を使用した場合、送風ファンの回転数の上下限幅が大きくなり、最小燃焼での送風能力を確保するために、送風ファンの最小回転数を上げると最大燃焼の風量が不足し、逆に最大燃焼の風量を確保すると最小燃焼時の送風能力が確保できなくなり、TDR(燃焼範囲)が小さくなってしまう。
また、整流板の開口穴の形状を工夫することで、高い耐逆風性能を維持すると共に、送風ファンの回転数域を広くすることができ、ダンパを使用した場合と同等のTDRを確保することができるものである。

Claims (1)
- 加熱用ヒータを備え燃油を気化する気化器と、該気化器に燃焼用の一次空気を供給すると共にバーナ部に二次空気を供給する燃焼ファンと、気化器及びバーナ部に連通し前記燃焼ファンは送風口を介してほぼ直角状に連通した送風路とを備えたものに於いて、前記送風路に連通する気化器の噴出口には一次空気を案内する案内路が備えられ、更にこの案内路以外の送風路は前記バーナ部に二次空気を供給する冷却流路と連通し、更にこの案内路より風上側には整流板を備え、この整流板は逆T字形の開口穴を前記送風路の底面に接して設け、前記燃焼一次空気の流路である案内路と、逆T字形の開口穴中央部とを対向するように設け、前記燃焼二次空気の流路となる案内路以外の空間に向かう空気が円形通気孔、角形通気孔を通過するよう孔を配置した事を特徴とする気化式石油燃焼装置。
