Description
Claims (8)
- 空気ばねアセンブリであって、
第1側壁を含む第1端部材と、
第1端部材から間隔をおいて配置した第2端部材と、
第1端部材と第2端部材との間に延びて、対向する第1開口端及び第2開口端を含む可撓性ばね部材であって、前記第1開口端は、第1部分及び第2部分を含み、前記第2開口端は第2端部材上に固定される可撓性ばね部材と、
第1保持部材と、
保持部材側壁及び、この保持部材側壁から内方に延びるフランジを含む第2保持部材と、を具え、
前記第1開口端は、少なくとも部分的に第1端部材に受け入れられており、前記第1部分は前記第1側壁に沿って配置され、
前記第1保持部材は、前記第1側壁に対向して前記第1部分に沿って配置されて、前記第2部分は第1部分に対向して第1保持部材に沿って延び、
前記第2保持部材は前記第2部分に沿って配置されて、前記保持部材側壁は前記第1保持部材に対向し、前記第2保持部材の前記フランジは、前記第1保持部材の少なくとも一部を越えて内方に延びることを特徴とする空気ばねアセンブリ。 - 前記第1端部材は最外周壁部を含み、前記第2保持部材の前記フランジは前記最外周壁部を越えて内方に延びる、請求項1に記載の空気ばねアセンブリ。
- 前記第2保持部材の前記フランジは第1フランジであり、第2保持部材は、前記第1フランジから離間して前記保持部材側壁から内方に延びる第2フランジを含む、請求項1に記載の空気ばねアセンブリ。
- 前記第1フランジ又は前記第2フランジの少なくとも一方は、連続する環状フランジである、請求項3に記載の空気ばねアセンブリ。
- 前記第1開口端の前記第1部分は、可撓性ばね部材の、内方側に配置した部分であり、前記第1開口端の前記第2部分は、可撓性ばね部材の、外方側に配置した部分である、請求項1に記載の空気ばねアセンブリ。
- 前記第1端部材は、該第1端部材の外周部に沿って延びる凹部を含み、前記フランジの少なくとも一部は前記凹部内に延びる、請求項1に記載の空気ばねアセンブリ。
- 空気ばねアセンブリの製造方法であって、
a)第1端部材、第2端部材及び可撓壁を準備するステップであって、前記第1端部材は、端壁、側壁及び外周縁を含み、前記可撓壁は、対向する第1開口端及び第2開口端を含み、第1開口端は第1壁部及び第2壁部を含むステップと、
b)前記可撓壁を前記第1端部材に取り付け、前記第1壁部が前記第1端部材の側壁に沿って延びるようにするステップと、
c)第1保持部材を前記可撓壁の前記第1壁部に沿って配置し、前記第1保持部材を用いて前記第1端部材の前記側壁に沿って前記可撓壁を固定するステップと、
d)前記可撓壁の前記第2壁部を前記第1保持部材に沿って固定し、前記第2壁部が、前記第1壁部に対向してこれらに沿って延びるようにするステップと、
e)内方に延びるフランジを含む第2保持部材を、前記第1保持部材の外方で前記第2壁部に沿って配置し、前記フランジが、前記第1端部材の前記外周縁又は前記第1保持部材の一部の一方を越えて内方に移動するように、前記フランジを前記第1端部材又は前記第1保持部材の一方に沿って配置するとともに前記第2保持部材の少なくとも一部を内方に変形させることにより、前記第2保持部材を用いて前記第1端部材に前記可撓壁及び前記第1保持部材を捕捉するステップと、
f)前記可撓壁の前記第2開口端を前記第2端部材に固定するステップ
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 空気ばねアセンブリの製造方法であって、
a)第1端部材、第2端部材及び可撓壁を準備するステップであって、前記第1端部材は、端壁、側壁及び外周縁を含み、前記可撓壁は、対向する第1開口端及び第2開口端を含み、第1開口端は第1壁部及び第2壁部を含むステップと、
b)前記可撓壁を前記第1端部材に取り付け、前記第1壁部が前記第1端部材の側壁に沿って延びるようにするステップと、
c)第1保持部材を前記可撓壁の前記第1壁部に沿って配置し、前記第1保持部材を用いて前記第1端部材の前記側壁に沿って前記可撓壁を固定するステップと、
d)前記可撓壁の前記第2壁部を前記第1保持部材に沿って固定し、前記第2壁部が前記第1壁部に対向してこれらに沿って延びるようにするステップと、
e)第2保持部材を、前記第1保持部材の外方で前記第2壁部に沿って配置し、前記第1端部材又は前記第1保持部材の一方に沿って少なくとも1つのフランジを形成するとともに、前記少なくとも1つのフランジを、前記第1端部材の前記外周縁又は前記第1保持部材の一部の少なくとも一方を越えて内方に延在させることにより、前記第2保持部材を用いて前記第1端部材に前記可撓壁及び前記第1保持部材を捕捉するステップと、
f)前記可撓壁の前記第2開口端を前記第2端部材に固定するステップ
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
