前記文字板の全体の表面がエナメル・コーティングされていることを特徴とするマルチステージのエナメル加工された文字板。 - 前記第1のエナメル・コーティング(2)は前記第2のエナメル・コーティング(12)と同一であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のマルチステージのエナメル加工された文字板。
- 前記第1のエナメル・コーティング(2)は前記第2のエナメル・コーティング(12)と異なることを特徴とする請求項4記載のマルチステージのエナメル加工された文字板。
- 前記レリーフの部分に、前記第1のエナメル・コーティング(2)及びベース・プレート(1)の部分を機械加工することによって凹所(4)を形成することを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記レリーフの部分は、前記第1のエナメル・コーティング(2)及びベース・プレート(1)内に機械加工された貫通路(9)に、セラミックインサート(10)を挿入することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記インサート(10)は、エナメル・コーティング(12)を有し、該インサート(10)の厚さは、エナメル・コーティングされたベース・プレート(1、2)の厚さ以下であり、それによって前記文字板内に凹所(6)を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記インサート(10)はエナメル・コーティング(12)を有し、該インサート(10)の厚さは、エナメル・コーティングされたベース・プレート(1、2)の厚さ以上であり、それによって前記文字板上に隆起部(8)を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記文字板の後面に追加のプレート(14)が固定され、前記ベース・プレート(1)と同じ輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 追加のプレート(14)を形成する材料は、セラミックおよび金属から選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記インサート(10)は、その底部に前記インサート(10)と一体の追加のプレート(14)を含み、前記文字板の輪郭と前記インサートの貫通路(9)の輪郭との間の輪郭を有し、前記ベース・プレート(1)の底部または、前記ベース・プレートに形成されたハウジング(16)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記文字板の可視面が湾曲形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
- 前記文字板を位置決めすることを可能にする一体型のフット部分(18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のエナメル加工されたマルチステージの文字板。
