(5) 1374947 0.1mm至0.4mm之間。因爲陶瓷與搪瓷的熱膨脹係數非常 的接近,所以在焙燒作業期間不會有會造成基板〗變形之 張力被產生,因此不需要有抵銷瓷釉。 第2A至2C圖顯示第二實施例。吾人以基板1作爲開 始,在基板1的表面上已有一第一搪瓷塗裝2被形成。然 後一凹部4被加工形成,其完全貫穿該搪瓷塗裝2且部分 穿過該陶瓷基板1。一第二搪瓷塗裝12接著透過阻尼( φ damping )而被形成在該凹部4的底部上。因此可讓該凹 部的顏色不同於錶盤表面的顏色。然後吾人可藉由用一與 該第一塗裝相同或不同顏色的瓷釉來實施此第二搪瓷塗裝 於該錶盤的整個表面上及離隙形式的部分上而繼續實施第 一實施例中所描述的。依據第3A及3B圖所示的變化例, 搪瓷塗裝2有足夠的厚度,譬如〇.4mm ’使得該搪瓷塗裝 2可被加工而不會到達該陶瓷基板1。爲了要獲得高等級 的表面狀態,所以需要實施額外的焙燒作業’用以獲得— φ 拋光的潤飾。 第4A至4C圖係有關於一個不同於以上所述之實施例 ,它不同處在於該基板〗及搪瓷塗裝2被加工用以產生一 貫穿的通道9。一嵌入件10被分開來製造,其具有一陶瓷 底11,該陶瓷底與該貫穿的通道9的輪廓13相匹配並包 含一第二搪瓷塗裝12其與第一搪瓷塗裝2相同或不同。 嵌入件〗〇被放置在該通道9內同時藉由黏合而被保持在 該通道內。在第4圖所示之完工的產品中’嵌入件1〇的 陶瓷底1 1小於基板〗,使得被如此形成之離隙形式部分形 -9- .
