Description
パルス幅変調制御ユニットは、共振型DC/DCコンバータの出力電圧を検出し、検出された出力電圧にしたがってパルス幅変調信号を生成するために、共振型DC/DCコンバータに電気的に接続される。
固定周波数信号生成ユニットは、固定周波数信号を生成するために、パルス幅変調制御ユニットに電気的に接続される。
論理合成ユニットは、パルス幅変調信号と固定周波数信号とを合成するためにパルス幅変調ユニットおよび固定周波数信号生成ユニットに電気的に接続され、共振型DC/DCコンバータのスイッチを駆動するのに適合する駆動信号を生成する。
パルス幅変調ユニット31は、共振型DC/DCコンバータ2に電気的に接続され、共振型DC/DCコンバータ2の出力電圧(Vo)を検出し、検出された出力電圧(Vo)にしたがってパルス幅変調信号を生成する。パルス幅変調信号の波形の例が、図4(I)に示される。

Claims (6)
- 共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)のスイッチを制御するために前記共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)に用いられるコントローラ(3)において、
前記共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)に電気的に接続され、前記共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)の出力電圧(Vo)を検出し、検出された前記出力電圧(Vo)にしたがってパルス幅変調信号を生成するためのパルス幅変調制御ユニット(31)、
固定周波数信号を生成するために前記パルス幅変調制御ユニット(31)に電気的に接続される固定周波数信号生成ユニット(32)、および
前記パルス幅変調制御ユニット(31)および前記固定周波数信号生成ユニット(32)に電気的に接続され、前記パルス幅変調信号と前記固定周波数信号とを合成して、前記共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)のスイッチを動作させる駆動信号を生成するための論理合成ユニット(33)を含み、
前記固定周波数信号生成ユニット(32)が前記パルス幅変調制御ユニット(31)から前記パルス幅変調信号を受信し、前記固定周波数信号を生成するための同期信号として前記パルス幅変調信号の立ち上がりエッジを使用することを特徴とする、コントローラ。 - さらに、前記パルス幅変調制御ユニット(31)が前記共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)の共振電流を検出するように構成され、検出された前記出力電圧(Vo)および前記共振電流にしたがって前記パルス幅変調信号を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコントローラ。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号が前記固定周波数信号より小さい周波数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のコントローラ。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号の周波数が前記固定周波数信号の周波数の1/10より大きくないことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のコントローラ。
- 前記論理合成ユニット(33)が前記駆動信号を生成するために前記パルス幅変調信号および前記固定周波数信号上で乗算合成を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のコントローラ。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号が、前記パルス幅変調制御ユニット(31)によって検出される前記共振型DC/DCコンバータ(2)の出力電圧(Vo)の電圧レベルと反対に変化するデューティサイクルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載のコントローラ。
