Description
以下、本発明について、詳細に説明する。
図1に図示したように、本発明のマグノリアの皮質又はマグノリアの根からのマグノロールの大量分離方法は、1)マグノリアの皮質又はマグノリアの皮質根を粉砕し、有機溶媒で抽出して抽出物を得た後、n-へキサン(ノルマルヘキサン)を加えてn-へキサン層を得る段階;2)上記n-へキサン層をウォーターバス30〜40℃、回転速度40〜200RPMで減圧下で濃縮し、粗結晶体を形成する段階;及び3)上記粗結晶体からn-へキサン除去した後、クロロホルムで上記粗結晶体を完全に溶かした後、n-へキサンを添加し、常温で再結晶が起こるようにする再結晶する段階からなる。
である和光社で販売しているマグノロールと同一な化合物であることを確認した。

4) 13C-NMR(75MHz, CDCl3 ):σ(ppm) 39.8 (C-7,7'), 116.3 (C-9,9'), 117.1
(C-3,3'), 124.4 (C-1,1'), 130.3 (C-4,4'), 131.7 (C-6,6'), 133.7 (C-5,5'), 137.9 (C-8,8'), 151.4 (C-2,2')
Claims (3)
- 1) マグノリアの皮質又はマグノリアの根を粉砕し、有機溶媒で抽出して抽出物を得た後、n-へキサンを加えてn-へキサン層を得る段階;
2) 上記n-へキサン層をウォーターバス30〜40℃、回転速度40〜200RPMで減圧下で濃縮し、粗結晶体を形成する段階;
3) 上記粗結晶体からn-へキサン除去した後、クロロホルムで上記粗結晶体を完全に溶かした後、n-へキサンを添加し、常温で再結晶が起こるようにする段階からなるマグノリアの皮質又はマグノリアの根からのマグノロールの大量分離方法。 - 前記1)段階における有機溶媒が水溶性アルコールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマグノリアの皮質又はマグノリアの根からのマグノロールの大量分離方法。
- 前記3)段階が、純度の高い結晶体を得るため、繰り返されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマグノリアの皮質又はマグノリアの根からのマグノロールの大量分離方法。
