Claims (4)
- 吸込口と吐出口を形成したケーシング内に一対の三葉ロータを設け、吸込口と吐出口間が連通することのないように両ロータを回転させることにより吸込口から空気を吸引し、吐出口から吐出する正逆回転可能な単段ルーツ式真空ポンプであって、
前記吸込口は、各ロータの回転軸の中心を結ぶ仮想線mに対して各々の回転軸の中心から吸込口側に対して120度の容積移動角度を超えた位置nに設けられ、前記吐出口は、各ロータの回転軸の中心を結ぶ仮想線mに対して各々の回転軸の中心から吐出口側に対して120度の容積移動角度を超えた位置Oに設けられ、空気の吸引直後に吸込口側と吐出口側の間に各ロータの隣り合う葉片とケーシングの内壁面とで囲まれる2ヶ所の密閉空間を生じさせるように設け、ケーシングの吐出口側周壁部の仮想線mの近傍に、外気導入孔をケーシング幅方向に平行な横長のスリット状に設け、ケーシング吐出口側のケーシング蓋に設けられた外気連通孔に接続される外気導入用配管には、逆止弁を取り付けたことを特徴とする単段ルーツ式真空ポンプ。 - 前記ロータの回転軸を構成する駆動側ロータシャフトの先端部を、前記ケーシングから外部に突設させると共に、該突設された駆動側ロータシャフトの先端部に、冷却用ファンを設けて、回転に伴って発生する該冷却ファンの風により、前記ケーシング又は、該ケーシングの側部に設けられるハウジングを冷却させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の単段ルーツ式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ、ケーシング又は、該ケーシングの側部に設けられるハウジングのうち、少なくとも何れか一つを、熱膨張率の小さいニレジスト系鋳鉄の耐食性材料で構成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の単段ルーツ式真空ポンプ。
- 請求項1乃至3のうち何れか一項記載の単段ルーツ式真空ポンプを用いたことを特徴とする真空式流体搬送システム。
