Description
マグネシウム合金製又はアルミニウム合金製の板の表面を陽極酸化処理し、板金プレス又は切り出しによって成形した座金を用いること、
マグネシウム合金部材のボルト締結部周辺に座金を固着させるか又は座金を重ねて圧縮加工することによってマグネシウム合金部材に凹部を形成させ、加工硬化させ、同時に該座金の一部又は全部を該マグネシウム合金部材の加工硬化している凹部に埋め込ませ、固着させること、
鉄製、ステンレススチール製、チタン製又は銅製のボルトを用いること、
を特徴とする。
実施例1及び参考例1〜8
板厚2mmのアルミニウム圧延板(A7075=Al−5.5Zn−1.6Cu−1.5Mg−0.3Mn−0.2Ti)、ダイカスト鋳造によって製造した板厚2mm、A4サイズのマグネシウム合金板(AZ91=Mg−9Al−0.7Zn−0.2Mn)及びダイカスト鋳造によって製造した板厚2mm、A4サイズのアルミニウム合金板(ADC12=Al−11Si−2.5Cu)を準備した。これらの板材を陽極酸化処理し、板金プレスによって肉厚2mm、外径18mm、穴径10mmの座金を作製した。また、同形状の鉄(SS400)製の座金を準備した。
Claims (6)
- マグネシウム合金部材をボルトによって基体に固定するマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法において、
マグネシウム合金製又はアルミニウム合金製の板の表面を陽極酸化処理し、板金プレス又は切り出しによって成形した座金を用いること、
マグネシウム合金部材のボルト締結部周辺に座金を固着させて圧縮加工することによってマグネシウム合金部材に凹部を形成させ、加工硬化させ、同時に該座金の一部又は全部を該マグネシウム合金部材の加工硬化している凹部に埋め込ませ、固着させること、
鉄製、ステンレススチール製、チタン製又は銅製のボルトを用いること、
を特徴とするマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法。 - マグネシウム合金部材をボルトによって基体に固定するマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法において、
マグネシウム合金製又はアルミニウム合金製の板の表面を陽極酸化処理し、板金プレス又は切り出しによって成形した座金を用いること、
マグネシウム合金部材のボルト締結部周辺に座金を重ねて圧縮加工することによってマグネシウム合金部材に凹部を形成させ、加工硬化させ、同時に該座金の一部又は全部を該マグネシウム合金部材の加工硬化している凹部に埋め込ませ、圧着させること、
鉄製、ステンレススチール製、チタン製又は銅製のボルトを用いること、
を特徴とするマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法。 - ダイカスト鋳造によって作製したマグネシウム合金製又はアルミニウム合金製の板の表面を陽極酸化処理し、板金プレス又は切り出しによって成形した座金を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法。
- マグネシウム合金部材のボルト締結部周辺を473K以下の温度で圧縮加工することによって凹部を形成させ、加工硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1、2又3記載のマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法。
- マグネシウム合金部材の加工硬化している凹部の形状と座金の形状とが同一であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載のマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法。
- 固着を接着剤又は溶着によって実施することを特徴とする請求項1、3、4又は5記載のマグネシウム合金部材の締結方法。
