Claims (6)
- 注型によって製造される複合粉砕ローラ(1)であって、前記複合粉砕ローラ(1)が、前記注型中に延性材料(19)によって封止された複数の相互に隣接する周囲インサート(5)を含み、前記延性材料(19)が前記周囲インサート(5)と前記延性材料(19)の間の界面での密接な接触を確立するような方法でこの注型中に前記周囲インサート(5)のまわりに又はその中に浸透し、前記ローラ(1)が強い摩耗を受ける第一領域(14)並びに弱い摩耗を受ける第二領域(13)を含み、前記第一領域(14)において、隣接するインサート(5)同士が相互に完全に接触しており、前記第二領域(13)において、隣接するインサート(5)の間に間隙が設けられており、前記間隙が注型中に前記延性材料(19)によって満たされ、インサートのための十分な機械的固定を可能とするローラ。
- 第一領域において隣接するインサート(5)同士の接触表面(6)及び(7)がローラ(1)によって形成される円の半径に相当する接触線を有する請求項1に記載のローラ。
- 第一領域の長さと第二領域の長さの比が0.2より大きいか又はそれに等しい請求項1又は2に記載のローラ。
- 第一領域の長さと第二領域の長さの比が0.2〜20である請求項3に記載のローラ。
- インサート(5)の耐摩耗性が酸化物、炭化物、窒化物又はホウ化物の群から選択されたセラミック補強によって増大される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のローラ。
- 前記インサート(5)が少なくとも一つのアンダーカット(15)を含む請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のローラ。
