Abstract

ROLO DE MOAGEM COMPOSTO A presente invenção refere-se a um rolo de moagem composto, produzido por fundição, comportando insertos periféridos em material de alta resistência ao desgaste e de alta dureza, engastados quando da dita fundição dentro de uma matriz dúctil, comportando o dito rolo primeiras zonas submetidas a maior desgaste assim como segundas zonas submetidas a menor desgaste,caracterizado pelo fato de na dita primeira zona o dito rolo apresentar sobre sua face periférica insetos que comportam uma parte em contato e na dita segunda zona, uma parte sem contato, sendo o espaçamento entre a dita parte sem contato preenchido pelo dito material dúctil da matriz fundida permitindo uma ancoragem mecânica suficiente dos insertos.
