Description
以下、図1〜図6を参照して、本発明の第1実施の形態に係る燃料電池用燃料容器を説明する。
次に、図7〜図9を参照して、本発明の第2実施の形態に係る燃料電池用燃料容器を説明する。前記第1実施の形態で説明したものと同一のものは、同じ符号を付記してその説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 液体燃料を収容する円筒状または断面が長円状の空間を有する液体燃料室と、
該液体燃料の出口に設けられ、該液体燃料を該空間から吐出し、又は吐出を停止する燃料電池に接続可能なバルブと、
該バルブの方向に向かって上記空間内を移動可能な隔壁部材と、
前記隔壁を介して、上記空間の底部と連通し、上記隔壁部材が上記バルブの方向に上記空間内を、前記液体燃料室の内壁に密接して摺動するように上記隔壁部材に背圧を与えるように圧縮気体を収容する圧縮ガス室とを有し、
上記液体燃料室と上記圧縮ガス室とは隣接して一体化されて容器本体を構成し、前記隔壁部材が前記バルブと対向する面は中央部が突出し、前記燃料室の前記バルブを有する上端面に前記隔壁部材が当接することを特徴とする燃料電池用燃料容器。 - 前記圧縮ガス室は前記燃料容器の周囲を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 液体燃料を収容する円筒状または断面が長円状の空間を有する液体燃料室と、
該液体燃料の出口に設けられ、該液体燃料を該空間から吐出し、又は吐出を停止する燃料電池に接続可能なバルブと、
該バルブの方向に向かって上記空間内を移動可能な隔壁部材と、
前記隔壁を介して、上記空間の底部と連通し、上記隔壁部材が上記バルブの方向に上記空間内を、前記液体燃料室の内壁に密接して摺動するように上記隔壁部材に背圧を与えるように圧縮気体を収容する圧縮ガス室とを有し、
上記液体燃料室と上記圧縮ガス室とは並設して一体化されて扁平状の容器本体を構成し、前記隔壁部材が前記バルブと対向する面は中央部が突出し、前記燃料室の前記バルブを有する上端面に前記隔壁部材が当接することを特徴とする燃料電池用燃料容器。 - 上記燃料容器は燃料電池を内蔵する機器に装着可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記圧縮ガスの圧力は、最大0.3MPaG以下となるように構成されていることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記圧縮ガスは酸素を含まないガスからなることを特徴とする1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記容器本体は、少なくとも前記液体燃料室の一部が、透光性材料で形成されていることを特徴とする1〜6のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記容器本体は、前記隔壁部材の位置を表す目盛を有することを特徴とする1〜7のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記液体燃料がメタノールと水の混合物からなることを特徴とする1〜8のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
