Claims (4)
- 吸気通路に電動過給機を有するエンジンの過給装置において、
前記電動過給機を作動させる電動過給機作動手段と、
前記電動過給機の良否を判定する電動過給機診断手段と、
前記電動過給機作動手段および前記電動過給機診断手段を制御する制御手段と、
前記吸気通路に供給される吸気温度に関連するパラメータを検出して前記制御手段に出力する温度検出手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、エンジンの停止時に前記電動過給機を作動させ、作動時の電動過給機の診断を実行する一方、前記温度検出手段の検出による吸気温度が所定のしきい値以上の場合には、前記電動過給機の診断を中止するものである
ことを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。 - 吸気通路に電動過給機を有するエンジンの過給装置において、
前記電動過給機を作動させる電動過給機作動手段と、
前記電動過給機の良否を判定する電動過給機診断手段と、
前記電動過給機作動手段および前記電動過給機診断手段を制御する制御手段と、
エンジン本体の冷却水の温度に関連するパラメータを検出して前記制御手段に出力する温度検出手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、エンジンの停止時に前記電動過給機を作動させ、作動時の電動過給機の診断を実行する一方、前記温度検出手段の検出による冷却水の温度が所定のしきい値以上の場合には、前記電動過給機の診断を中止するものである
ことを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のエンジンの過給装置において、
前記電動過給機診断手段は、前記吸気通路に配置されたエアフローメータの検出値に基づいて、当該電動過給機の良否を判定するものである
ことを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。 - 請求項3記載のエンジンの過給装置において、
前記電動過給機作動手段は、前記エアフローメータの感度限界の流量に対応する前記電動過給機の回転速度を下限とする低速域で診断時に前記電動過給機を作動するものである
ことを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。
