Description
a)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対して普通のポルトランドセメント1質量%〜10質量%、
b)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対してアルミン酸カルシウムセメント1質量%〜30質量%、
c)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対して硫酸カルシウム1質量%〜15質量%および
d)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対して、ビニルエステル、(メタ)アクリレート、ビニル芳香族化合物、オレフィン、1,3−ジエンおよびビニルハロゲン化物、ならびに必要に応じて前記物質と共重合しうる他のモノマーから構成されている群からの1つ以上のモノマーをベースとしたポリマーの水性ポリマー分散液または水により再分散可能なポリマー粉末0.5質量%〜30質量%を含有する。
酢酸ビニルとエチレン1〜40質量%とのコポリマー;
酢酸ビニルとエチレン1〜40質量%およびカルボン酸基中に1〜12個の炭素原子を有するビニルエステル、例えばビニルプロピオネート、ビニルラウレート、9〜13個の炭素原子を有するα−分枝鎖状カルボン酸のビニルエステル、例えばVeoVa9、VeoVa10、VeoVa11の群からの1つ以上の他のコモノマー1〜50質量%とのコポリマー;
酢酸ビニルとエチレン1〜40質量%と好ましくは1〜15個の炭素原子を有する非分枝鎖状または分枝鎖状アルコールのアクリル酸エステル、殊にn−ブチルアクリレートまたは2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート1〜60質量%とのコポリマー;および酢酸ビニル30〜75質量%、ビニルラウレートまたは9〜11個の炭素原子を有するα−分枝鎖状カルボン酸のビニルエステル1〜30質量%ならびに1〜15個の炭素原子を有する非分枝鎖状または分枝鎖状アルコールのアクリル酸エステル、殊にn−ブチルアクリレートまたは2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート1〜30質量%を使用するコポリマー、但し、この場合このコポリマーは、エチレン1〜40質量%も含有するものとし;
酢酸ビニル、エチレン1〜40質量%および塩化ビニル1〜60質量%を使用するコポリマーが記載され、但し、この場合それぞれの質量%のデータは、全部で100質量%を生じるものとする。
メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートの群からの1つ以上のモノマーを使用するスチレン−アクリル酸エステルコポリマー;
メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートおよび必要に応じてエチレンの群からの1つ以上のモノマーを使用する酢酸ビニル−アクリル酸エステルコポリマー;
スチレン−1,3−ブタジエンコポリマーが記載され、
但し、この場合それぞれの質量%のデータは、全部で100質量%であるものとする。
実施例の配合物中に使用される、再分散可能なポリマー粉末は、酢酸ビニルとエチレンとベルサチック酸(R)ビニルエステル(VeoVa10は、Resolution Performance Products社の商品名である。)とのコポリマーであった。
風解の試験のために、黒色顔料を、よりいっそう良好に風解と非風解とを区別するために配合物で使用する。
実施例1の配合物で塗布された試験体は、明らかな色の変化を全く示さなかった。全面の色は、均一であった。
比較例2の配合物で塗布された試験体は、不均一な明るい色を示した。表面の色は、部分的に白色で明るく、ウォーターマークが生じた。
コンクリートスラブを実施例3のプラスター配合物で塗布した:この表面は、明らかな色の変化を示さなかった。全面の色は、均一であった。
コンクリートスラブを比較例4の配合物で被覆した。表面の色は、部分的に白色で明るかった。
タイル継目を実施例5のタイル用グラウト配合物で充填した:タイル用グラウトで充填された継目は、明らかな色の変化を示さなかった。
タイル継目を比較例6のタイル用グラウト配合物で充填した:タイル継目の表面の色は、部分的に白色で明るかった。
仕上げ用装飾材料、例えば装飾用プラスターの戸外での適用のために、引張接着強さは、1つの重要なパラメーターである。装飾用プラスターは、通常、薄層で使用され、それ故に、臨界適用条件下での長期間の接着強さは、極めて重要である。
第1の作業周期Aで、試験体を標準条件下で14日間貯蔵した。
湿式スクラビング耐性は、希薄な塗料の凝集強さに反映する。この試験を第1表に記載されたような実施例1および比較例2の粉末ペイント塗料で実施した。
貯蔵A:標準条件下で7日間。
貯蔵B:標準条件下で1日間、引続き断続的に水を噴霧しながら戸外で6日間。
Claims (8)
- 準安定相である非結晶性SiO2を意味し、セメント水和副生成物Ca(OH)2と徐々に反応することができ、水和された珪酸カルシウムを形成する反応性シリカ材料を含有しない、乾式モルタル組成物または水性モルタル組成物の形の非風解性のセメント状モルタル組成物において、当該セメント状モルタル組成物は、
a)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対して普通のポルトランドセメント1質量%〜10質量%、
b)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対してアルミン酸カルシウムセメント1質量%〜30質量%、
c)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対して硫酸カルシウム1質量%〜15質量%および
d)セメント状モルタル組成物の乾燥質量に対して、酢酸ビニルとエチレンとのコポリマー、および/又は、酢酸ビニルとエチレンおよび1つ以上の他のビニルエステルとのコポリマー0.5質量%〜30質量%を含有し、この場合成分a)、b)、c)およびd)は、1〜1.5:2〜4:1〜1.5:2〜4のa):b):c):d)の質量比で存在することを特徴とする、非風解性のセメント状モルタル組成物。 - 硫酸カルシウムc)として硬石膏、半水和物、石膏から選ばれる1つ以上の成分を含有する、請求項1記載のセメント状モルタル組成物。
- 充填剤、顔料、増粘剤、抑制剤、殺真菌剤、湿潤剤または分散剤の群からの1つ以上の他の成分を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載のセメント状モルタル組成物。
- 成分a)〜d)を混合し、無水モルタルを粉末混合機中で形成させ、この混合物を均一化することによって、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のセメント状モルタル組成物を製造する方法。
- 水性ポリマー分散液d)を成分a)〜c)と混合し、ペースト状のモルタルを得ることによって、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のセメント状モルタル組成物を製造する方法。
- 建築用接着剤、プラスターおよび下塗剤、へら付充填剤、床用スクリード、レベリングコンパウンド、シーリングスラリー、目地仕上用モルタルおよび塗料を製造するための請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のセメント状モルタル組成物の使用。
- 粉体塗料への請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のセメント状モルタル組成物の使用。
- 薄層塗膜を0.1〜3mmの層で形成させるための請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のセメント状モルタル組成物の使用。
