Description
以下、合金成分について説明する。
肉厚減少率(%)={(曲げ加工前の肉厚)−(曲げ加工後の肉厚)}/(曲げ加工前の肉厚)×100 ……(1)
温水用途のシーズヒーターでは、限界曲げ半径Rが外径Dの1.2倍以下である曲げ加工性が要求されるので、限界曲げ半径R/外径Dの比が1.2以下の場合を曲げ加工性:良好(○評価)、1.2を超える場合を曲げ加工性:不良(×評価)と判断した。
これらの結果を表2に示す。
Claims (6)
- 質量%で、C:0.02%以下、N:0.02%以下、Si:0.3%以下、Cr:17.5〜25%、Mo:0.3〜2.5%、Al:0.03〜1%であり、Ti:0.05〜1%およびNb:0.05〜1%の1種以上を含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなるフェライト系ステンレス鋼を溶接造管したシーズヒーター用鋼管。
- 前記フェライト系ステンレス鋼が、さらにV:1%以下、Cu:1%以下およびB:1%以下の1種以上を含むものである請求項1に記載のシーズヒーター用鋼管。
- V:0.05〜1%、Cu:0.03〜1%およびB:0.01〜1%の1種以上を含む請求項2に記載のシーズヒーター用鋼管。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鋼管を金属パイプ部材に用いたシーズヒーター。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鋼管に曲げ加工を施した鋼管を金属パイプ部材に用いたシーズヒーター。
- 前記金属パイプ部材は機械研磨または酸洗で仕上げた溶接ビード部を外表面に持ち、その外表面が温水に曝されて使用される請求項4または5に記載のシーズヒーター。
