Description
しかし、従来技術に係る減衰力可変式バルブ10及びこれを利用したショックアブソーバは、ソフトモードである場合の高速条件で高圧部位Phの圧力が上昇すれば、第2の可変オリフィスKvを形成するスプール25とスプールロッド20との間に形成された間隙を介してパイロットチャンバー45に流体が流入され、このため、パイロットチャンバー45の圧力が増加し、減衰力特性が増加するという問題がある。

Claims (5)
- シリンダーの引張チャンバーに接続される高圧部位及びリザーバーチャンバーに接続される低圧部位が形成され、スプールにより流路の開閉が制御されるオリフィスによりパイロットチャンバーの圧力を調節して減衰力を可変する減衰力可変式バルブにおいて、
前記高圧部位と前記低圧部位との間に設けられ、前記高圧部位の圧力、初期予荷重及び前記パイロットチャンバーの圧力によって開閉制御され、開放された場合に、前記高圧部位から低圧部位への作動流体の流動を許容するメインバルブと、
前記高圧部位に接続される第1の固定オリフィスと、
前記パイロットチャンバーの上流に配置され、前記第1の固定オリフィスと低圧部位とを連通する第1の可変オリフィスと、
前記第1の可変オリフィスの開放により供給された作動流体を低圧部位に排出するバイパス流路と、
前記パイロットチャンバーの上流に配置され、前記第1の固定オリフィスと前記パイロットチャンバーとを連通する第2の可変オリフィスと、
前記第2の可変オリフィスの開放により供給された作動流体が前記パイロットチャンバーの圧力を制御するように、前記低圧部位に排出される作動流体を制御する第2の固定オリフィスと、を含み、
前記スプールは、減衰力を可変するモードの一つとして前記第1の可変オリフィスを開放すると共に前記第2の可変オリフィスの流路を塞ぐソフトモードを選択することができるように構成されている減衰力可変式バルブ。 - 前記第1の可変オリフィス及び前記第2の可変オリフィスは、1つのアクチュエータにより作動されるスプールにより開閉され、各々のオリフィスが連動して可変となるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰力可変式バルブ。
- 前記第1の可変オリフィス及び前記第2の可変オリフィスの開放された断面積は、互いに反比例するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の減衰力可変式バルブ。
- 前記メインバルブは、一体型のディスク形状のメンブレインで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の減衰力可変式バルブ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の減衰力可変式バルブの高圧部位及び低圧部位が、シリンダーの引張チャンバー及びリザーバーチャンバーに各々接続されることを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
