Claims (10)
- 互いに一定間隔で配置される少なくとも2枚の透明ガラス基材(10、20)から成り、該ガラス基材間には少なくとも1枚の透明耐火層(30)が存在する耐火窓ガラスユニットにおいて、該耐火層(30)上への紫外線の入射を低減する透明酸化チタン層(40)を、該耐火層の少なくとも一側に配置することを特徴とする耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化チタン層は、外側に面する窓ガラス(10)の外面上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化チタン層は、外側に面する窓ガラス(10)の内面(12)と耐火層(30)との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記耐火窓ガラスユニットは、耐火層(30)と透明酸化チタン層(40)に加えて、他の機能層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化チタン層(40)の厚さは、10nm〜75nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化チタン層(40)には、マグネトロンスパッター法、ゾル−ゲル法、または化学蒸着法が適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記耐火層は、800nm〜1400nmの波長スペクトル内で少なくとも70%の吸収を示すことを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化チタン層は、320nm〜480nmの波長スペクトル内で3%〜15%の吸
収を示すことを特徴とする請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。 - 前記酸化チタン層は、320nm〜480nmの波長スペクトル内で少なくとも40%の反射を示すことを特徴とする請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化チタン層は、320nm〜480nmの波長スペクトル内で40%〜60%の反射を示すことを特徴とする請求項9記載の耐火窓ガラスユニット。
