Description
液体ブロッキング裏打ち層は液体不透過性材料からなる。薄い液密プラスチックフィルムは目的のために好適であるが、元々液体透過性であるがプラスチック、樹脂又は別の液密材料の被覆を与えられた材料を使用することもできる。このようにして、吸収物品の下側からの液体の漏れが防止される。それゆえバリヤー層は液体不透過性の基準を満足しかつ目的のために十分可撓性で皮膚に優しいいかなる材料からもなることができる。
表面層はいかなる従来の材料からも作られることができ、例えば不織布、有孔プラスチックフィルム又は有孔プラスチックフィルムと不織布の積層体から作られることができる。トウを使用することもでき、それは連続繊維を有する繊維ウェブ、又はフォームから作られた材料である。
吸収体はセルロースパルプの一以上の層から作られることが好適である。パルプは元々、ロール、ベール又はウェブの形であることができ、それらは衛生ナプキンの製造中、乾燥離解され変換されて毛羽形態になりパルプマットを形成し、あるときには超吸収材として知られるものが添加される。超吸収材は自重の数倍の水又は体液を吸収する能力を有するポリマーである。これの代替策はWO 94/10956に記載されたようにパルプマットを乾燥形成することである。使用可能な他の吸収材料の例は綿繊維、ピートなどの様々なタイプの天然繊維である。もちろん吸収性合成繊維、又は吸収中、液体含有ゲルを形成しながら多量の液体を化学結合する種類の高吸収性ポリマー材料の粒子、又は天然繊維と合成繊維の混合物を使用することもできる。吸収体はまた、形状安定化手段、液体分散手段、又は例えば短繊維及び粒子を一緒に凝集単位で保持するために熱処理された熱可塑性繊維の如き結合手段などの他の構成要素を含むこともできる。吸収体において様々なタイプの吸収フォーム材料を使用することもできる。

Claims (28)
- ウェブ形状可撓性材料のウェブ(1,101)における三次元染色マクロパターン(20,21)の製造方法であって、
その方法はパターン装置(6)の少なくとも一部を含み、その装置は交互の隆起マクロ部分及び下降マクロ部分(10a,11)を有する三次元マクロパターンを持ち、その三次元マクロパターンは、染料が隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)上にだけパターン装置(6)に塗布される方法で、染料塗布装置(7)と接触させられ、
ウェブは、ウェブの染色が隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部のデザインに対応する染色されたマクロパターンで行われる方法で、染料被覆された隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)と接触させられ、
そのウェブは、ウェブにおける、頂部(13)によって形成される結合点(15a)と、その結合点(15a)を含む、隆起マクロ部分(10a)によって形成される三次元結合領域(15b)とを形成する結合装置(4)と接触させられ、
結合装置(4)は、隆起マクロ部分(10a)の染料被覆された頂部(13)と相互作用して結合点(15a)及び三次元結合領域(15b)を生じる溶融体を形成させ、それと同時に、
結合領域(15b)及び/又は結合点(15a)の溶融体が染色され、三次元染色されたマクロパターン(20,21)がこの操作で形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - ウェブ(1)は、ウェブ形状可撓性材料の第一層(2)及び第二層(3)を含む多層ウェブ(101)からなり、
第一層(2)は、染料被覆された隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)と接触させられ、
その第一層(2)は、結合点(15a)が第一層(2)と第二層(3)の間に形成される方法で、第二層(3)に結合され、
結合装置(4)は染料被覆された頂部(13)と相互作用して第一層(2)を第二層(3)に接合することによって結合点(15a)を形成し、そのようにして多層ウェブ(101)は結合領域(15b)及び/又は結合点(15a)が染色される三次元マクロパターン(20,21)を与えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 隆起マクロ部分の頂部が隆起ミクロ部分(10b)を含むトポグラフィ表面を含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、隆起ミクロ部分(10b)が染料被覆され、三次元染色マクロパターン(20,21)を生じることを特徴とする方法。
- パターン装置が型押ローラ(6)によって三次元マクロパターンを形成することを特徴
とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - ウェブの少なくとも一部が熱的に結合可能な材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 結合装置(4)が超音波装置(5)の使用によってウェブにおいて溶融体を介して結合点(15a)を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 超音波装置(5)が18kHz以上の周波数で操作されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 結合装置(4)が支持ローラ(16)の使用によって溶融体を介してウェブ(1)において結合点(15a)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 染色が非接着性染料によって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 三次元染色マクロパターン(20,21)を有するウェブ形状可撓性材料のウェブ(1)であって、そのウェブが染色されたマクロパターンを含み、そのウェブがさらに、パターン装置(6)の隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)によって形成される結合点(15a)と、その結合点(15a)を含む、隆起マクロ部分(10a)によって形成される三次元結合領域(15b)とを含み、
結合点(15a)が、パターン装置(6)の隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)と相互作用して結合装置(4)によって生成される接合された材料からなる凝固溶融体からなり、
その結合領域(15b)及び/又は結合点(15a)が、隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)を介して染料で染色され、それと同時に結合点(15a)が形成され、三次元染色マクロパターン(20,21)がこの操作で形成されることを特徴とするウェブ。 - 三次元マクロパターン(20,21)が複数のミクロパターン(22)からなり、前記ミクロパターン(22)が、隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)上に位置される隆起ミクロ部分(10b)を介してウェブ(1)に適用されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のウェブ。

- 可撓性材料のウェブ(1)における三次元染色マクロパターン(21,22)の製造のための装置(23)であって、
その装置(23)は、交互の隆起マクロ部分(10a)及び下降マクロ部分(11)を有する三次元マクロパターンを持つパターン装置(6)を含み、
装置(23)はさらに、隆起マクロ部分(10a)の頂部(13)にだけ染料を塗布するように構成された染料塗布装置(7)を含み、
パターン装置は、ウェブを染色マクロパターン(21,22)で染色するよう構成され、その装置(23)はさらに、ウェブ(1)における、頂部(13)によって形成される結合点(15a)と、その結合点(15a)を含む、隆起マクロ部分(10a)によって形成される三次元結合領域(15b)を形成するように構成される結合装置(4)を含み、
