Description
EDTA(エチレンジアミン4酢酸)・Cu・2Naの40%水溶液(キレスト社製の商品名「キレストCu−40」、pH7.0,Cu:6.4%)を、坪量60g/m2の中性紙(31.0cm×20.4cm=632.4cm2)に、No.6バーコーターを用いて塗布し、速やかに重量を測定(1.46g)した後、110℃の循環式熱風乾燥機に装入し40秒乾燥することにより防錆紙を得た。この防錆紙のEDTA・Cu・2Na:40%水溶液としての付着量は23.1g/m2であり、金属Cu換算の付着量は1.48g/m2、0.0233モル/m2であった。
EDTA・Cu・2Naの40%水溶液(キレスト社製の商品名「キレストCu−40」、pH7.0,Cu:6.4%)を脱イオン水で5倍に希釈した水溶液を、上記実施例1で用いたのと同じ中性紙に同様の方法で1.77g塗布して防錆紙を得た。この防錆紙のEDTA・Cu・2Na:40%水溶液としての付着量は5.60g/m2であり、金属Cu換算の付着量は0.36g/m2、0.0057モル/m2であった。
EDTA・Cu・2Naの40%水溶液に代えてEDTA・Zn・2Naの40%水溶液(キレスト社製の商品名「キレストZn−40」、pH7.0,Zn:6.6%)を使用した以外は前記実施例1と同様にして防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のEDTA・Zn・2Na:40%水溶液としての付着量は23.6g/m2であり、金属Zn換算の付着量は1.56g/m2、0.0239モル/m2であった。
上記実施例2で用いた水溶液20gに、アニオン活性のアクリル系共重合体(中央理化工業社製の商品名「リカボンドES−1」、不揮発分43.0%、pH7.0)80gを混合した防錆液を使用した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で中性紙に1.49g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のEDTA・Cu・2Na:40%水溶液としての付着量は1.0g/m2であり、金属Cuとしての付着量は0.064g/m2、0.0010モル/m2で、アクリル系樹脂の付着量は0.86g/m2であった。
前記実施例2で用いた水溶液50gと、ベンゾトリアゾール系アミン溶解物(キレスト社製の商品名「キレスライトWZ−7」)50gとを混合した防錆液(pH9.1)を、前記実施例1と同様に中性紙に2.10g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のEDTA・Cu・2Na:40%水溶液としての付着量は3.32g/m2であり、金属Cu換算の付着量は0.21g/m2、0.0033モル/m2で、ベンゾトリアゾールの付着量は3.3g/m2であった。
1−ヒドロキシエチリデン−1,1−ジホスホン酸(HEDP)(Mw:206、60%水溶液)の34.4部と、モノイソプロパノールアミン(MIPA)(Mw:75)の15.0部と、Fe2O3(Mw:159.7)の7.7部と、脱イオン水の42.9部を加熱溶解して、HEDPのFe・MIPA塩水溶液(pH7.2,Fe:5.4%)を調製し、この水溶液を、実施例1と同様に中性紙に1.70g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のHEDPのFe・MIPA塩水溶液として付着量は1m2当り26.9g/m2、金属Feとして1.45g/m2、0.0260モル/m2であった。
2−ホスホノブタン−1,2,4−トリカルボン酸(PBTC)(Mw:270、49%水溶液)の55.6部と、水酸化カリウム(Mw:56.1)の11.3部と、MnO2(Mw:86.9)の8.7部と、脱イオン水の24.4部を加熱溶解して、PBTCのMn・2K塩水溶液(pH6.7,Mn:5.5%)を調製し、この水溶液を、実施例1と同様に中性紙に1.57g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のPBTCのMn・2K塩水溶液としての付着量は1m2当り24.8g/m2、金属Mnとして1.37g/m2、0.0249モル/m2であった。
ニトリロ三酢酸(NTA)(Mw:191)の19.1部と、水酸化カリウム(Mw:56.1)の5.6部と、PbO2(Mw:239.2)の23.9部と、脱イオン水の51.4部を加熱溶解し、NTAのPb・2K塩水溶液(pH6.5,Pb:20.7%)を調製し、これを実施例1と同様に中性紙に1.48g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のNTAのPb・2K塩水溶液としての付着量は1m2当り23.4g/m2、金属Pbとして4.85g/m2、0.0234モル/m2であった。
EDTA・Cu・2Na・4H2Oの結晶(キレスト社製の商品名「キレストCu」)を120℃以上で乾燥し無水物とした粉末2部と、粒状低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製の商品名「ペトロセン180」)80部、および粉末低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製の商品名「ペトロセンNM15PW」)18部を混合し、インフレーション装置を用いて溶融温度135℃で厚さ100μmの防錆フィルムを作成した。このフィルムの金属Cuとして含量は3.2g/kg、0.0504モル/kgであった。
EDTA・Zn・2Na・3H2Oの結晶(キレスト社製の商品名「キレストZn」)を120℃以上で乾燥し無水物とした粉末2部と、粒状低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製の商品名「ペトロセン180」)80部、および粉末低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製の商品名「ペトロセンNM15PW」)18部を混合し、インフレーション装置を用いて溶融温度135℃で厚さ100μmの防錆フィルムを作成した。このフィルムの金属Znとして含量は3.3g/kg、0.0501モル/kgであった。
酸化銅(CuO)の微粉末7.1%と、三洋化成社製の非イオン活性剤「ナロアクティーN−95」0.9%、および脱イオン水92%からなる懸濁液を、前記実施例1と同様に中性紙に1.64g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のCuOとしての付着量は1.84g/m2であり、金属Cuとしての付着量は1.47g/m2、0.0232モル/m2であった。
硫酸銅(CuSO4)の16%水溶液を、前記実施例1と同様に中性紙に1.41g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のCuSO4としての付着量は3.57g/m2であり、金属Cuとしての付着量は1.42g/m2、0.0224モル/m2であった。
硫酸亜鉛(ZnSO4)の12%水溶液を、前記実施例1と同様に中性紙に2.00g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のZnSO4としての付着量は3.80g/m2であり、金属Znとしての付着量は1.54g/m2、0.0235モル/m2であった。
酸化亜鉛(ZnO)の微粉末7.1%と、三洋化成社製の非イオン活性剤「ナロアクティーN−95」0.9%、および脱イオン水92%からなる懸濁液を、前記実施例1と同様に1.75g塗布して防錆紙を作成した。この防錆紙のZnOとしての付着量は1.96g/m2で、金属Znとしての含有量は1.58g/m2、0.0241モル/m2であった。

酸化亜鉛(ZnO)の微粉末1部と、粒状低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製の商品名「ペトロセン180」)80部、および粉末低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー社製の商品名「ペトロセンNM15PW」)18部を混合し、インフレーション装置を用いて溶融温度135℃で厚さ100μmの防錆フィルムを作成した。このフィルムの金属Znとして含量は8.0g/kg、0.1229モル/kgであった。
供試銀板の調製:
幅40mm×長さ60mm×厚さ0.5mmの銀板を、日本磨料工業社製の「ピカール金属磨」を用いて鏡面状に研磨する。これを、メタ珪酸ナトリウム水溶液で脱脂洗浄してから十分に水洗した後、キレスト社製の銀用変色除去剤「キレスクリーンAG」(pH1.0)に30秒間浸漬し、次いで充分に水洗して水はじきのない試験片とした後、メタノールおよびアセトンで洗浄してから乾燥する。
図1に略示する如く、内容積4リットルのガラス製デシケータの内部に試験片吊り下げ枠1を設置し、前記実施例および比較例で得た各防錆紙で密封包装した試験片2と包装されていないブランクの試験片3を同時に吊り下げてデシケータを密封する。そして、上方に取り付けた硫化物装入用ガラス管4から、硫化物溶液6として硫化アンモニウム溶液(試薬、無色)3.0gと脱イオン水12mlをデシケータの下部層まで装入し、該ガラス管4とガラス管5(ガス検知管装入用)を閉じる。
1:変色無し、2:薄く変色、3:黄褐色に変色、4:赤褐色に変色、5:赤褐色から青紫色に変色。
防錆試験に用いた上記と同様のデシケータを使用し、内部枠に前記実施例および比較例で得た防錆紙(10.4cm×7.8cm=81.1cm2)を供試紙毎に固定し、内部空間層を撹拌するためにステンレスの試験片を1枚吊り下げて密封する。そして、上方に取り付けたガラス管4から、硫化アンモニウム溶液(試薬、無色)3.0gと脱イオン水12mlをデシケータの下部層まで装入し、該ガラス管4とガラス管5を閉じる。
上記防錆試験に用いたのと同様のデシケータを使用し、内部枠に各実施例および比較例の防錆紙(10.4cm×7.8cm=81.1cm2)を供試紙毎に固定し、同様にステンレスの試験片を1枚吊り下げて密封する。そして、上方に取り付けたガラス管4から、硫化アンモニウム(試薬、無色)を1%に希釈した水溶液4.0mlと1%硫酸溶液10ml、および脱イオン水10mlを、デシケータの下部層まで装入して硫化水素ガスを発生させ、ガラス管4とガラス管5を閉じる。
前記と同様のデシケータを使用し、内部に設置した吊り下げ枠に、上記実施例および比較例で得た防錆フィルムを用いてヒートシールで密封包装した試験片を吊り下げて密封する。そして、上方に取り付けたガラス管から、硫化アンモニウム溶液(試薬、黄色)10.0gと脱イオン水10mlをデシケータの下部層まで装入した後、ガラス管を密封する。
1:変色無し、2:薄く変色、3:黄褐色に変色、4:赤褐色に変色、5:赤褐色から青紫色に変色。

Claims (11)
- 2個以上の酸基を有するキレート剤の多価金属塩と1価塩との複合塩を有効成分として含み、硫黄含有ガスに対して捕捉能を有する金属防錆用組成物が、繊維基材に塗布、含浸もしくは付着されていることを特徴とする金属包装用防錆材料。
- 2個以上の酸基を有するキレート剤の多価金属塩と1価塩との複合塩を有効成分として含み、硫黄含有ガスに対して捕捉能を有する金属防錆用組成物が、熱可塑性樹脂に練り込まれて成形されたものであることを特徴とする金属包装用防錆材料。
- シート状またはフィルム状に成形されたものである請求項2に記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記キレート剤が、アミノポリカルボン酸、ホスホン酸、ホスホノカルボン酸よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記アミノポリカルボン酸が、エチレンジアミン4酢酸、ジエチレントリアミン5酢酸、ニトリロ3酢酸、トリエチレンテトラミン6酢酸、ヒドロキシエチレンジアミン3酢酸;ホスホン酸が、1−ヒドロキシエチリデン−1,1−ジホスホン酸、アミノトリ(メチレンホスホン酸)、エチレンジアミンテトラ(メチレンホスホン酸)、ジエチレントリアミンペンタ(メチレンホスホン酸);ホスホノカルボン酸が、2−ホスホノブタン−1,2,4−トリカルボン酸、から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項4に記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記キレート剤の多価金属塩が、アルミニウム、バリウム、カルシウム、カドミウム、セリウム、コバルト、銅、鉄、ガリウム、インジウム、イリジウム、マグネシウム、マンガン、モリブデン、ニッケル、鉛、パラジウム、ルビジウム、スカンジウム、セリウム、錫、チタン、バナジウム、イットリウム、亜鉛、ジルコニウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種との塩である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記キレート剤の1価塩が、アルカリ金属塩、アンモニウム塩、アミン塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記キレート剤の複合塩は、水溶液としたときのpHが5〜9である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記金属防錆用組成物が、前記キレート剤の複合塩と共に、アゾール類から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 前記アゾール類が、ベンゾトリアゾール、トリルトリアゾール、メルカプトベンゾチアゾール、メルカプトベンゾトリアゾール、(2−ベンゾチアゾリルチオ)酢酸、3−(2−ベンゾチアゾリルチオ)プロピオン酸、およびそれらのアルカリ金属塩、アンモニウム塩、アミン塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項9に記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
- 銀および/または銅を含む金属材の防錆に使用されるものである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の金属包装用防錆材料。
