Description
セバシン酸ナトリウム(豊国製油株式会社製、製品名「SA−NA」)とベンゾトリアゾール(キレスト株式会社製、製品名「C.V.I.」)とを質量比で80:20の割合となるように混合して金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、得られた金属防錆剤組成物を粉砕機で100μm以下に粉砕したものを、低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー株式会社製、製品名「ペトロセン180」:密度0.922g/cm3、メルトフローレート2.0g/10min)に対して1.0質量%となるように添加してよく混合した後、インフレーション法にて成形温度160℃で、厚さ100μmのフィルムNo.1を得た。
実施例1において、ベンゾトリアゾールを、トリルトリアゾール(キレスト株式会社製、製品名「C.V.I.TT」)に変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.2を得た。
ベンゾトリアゾール(キレスト株式会社製、製品名「C.V.I.」)1モルに対して、0.5モルのNaOHを、水存在下で混合反応させた後、スプレードライ方式により水分を蒸発させて水分値0.5質量%以下にしたベンゾトリアゾールのナトリウム塩の結晶を得た。実施例1において、ベンゾトリアゾールを、上記ベンゾトリアゾールのナトリウム塩に変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.3を得た。
実施例1において、ベンゾトリアゾールを、3−メチル−5−ピラゾロン(大塚製薬株式会社製)に変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.4を得た。
実施例1において、ベンゾトリアゾールを、2−メチルイミダゾール(日本合成化学株式会社製、製品名「2MI」)に変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.5を得た。
セバシン酸(豊国製油株式会社製、製品名「HOKOKU−SA」)1モルに対して、2モルのKOHを、水存在下で混合反応させた後、スプレードライ方式により水分を蒸発させて水分値0.5質量%以下にしたセバシン酸カリウムの結晶を得た。実施例1において、セバシン酸ナトリウムを、上記セバシン酸カリウムに変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.6を得た。
ドデカン二酸(デュポン株式会社製、製品名「コーフリーM−2」)1モルに対して、2モルのNaOHを、水存在下で混合反応させた後、スプレードライ方式により水分を蒸発させて水分値0.5質量%以下にしたドデカン二酸ナトリウムの結晶を得た。実施例1において、セバシン酸ナトリウムを、上記ドデカン二酸ナトリウムに変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.7を得た。
セバシン酸ナトリウム(豊国製油株式会社製、製品名「SA−NA」)とベンゾトリアゾール(キレスト株式会社製、製品名「C.V.I.」)と無水リン酸一水素二ナトリウム(太平化学産業株式会社製)とを、質量比で70:15:15の割合となるように混合した後、粉砕機で100μm以下に粉砕して金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.8を得た。
低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー株式会社製、製品名「ペトロセン180」:密度0.922g/cm3、メルトフローレート2.0g/10min)を用いて、インフレーション法にて成形温度160℃で、厚さ100μmのフィルムNo.9を得た。
セバシン酸ナトリウム(豊国製油株式会社製、製品名「SA−NA」)を、低密度ポリエチレン(東ソー株式会社製、製品名「ペトロセン180」:密度0.922g/cm3、メルトフローレート2.0g/10min)に対して1.0質量%となるように添加してよく混合した後、インフレーション法にて成形温度160℃で、厚さ100μmのフィルムNo.10を得た。
実施例10において、セバシン酸ナトリウムを、実施例6で得たセバシン酸カリウムに変更したこと以外は実施例10と同様にしてフィルムNo.11を得た。
実施例10において、セバシン酸ナトリウムを、ベンゾトリアゾール(キレスト株式会社製、製品名「C.V.I.」)に変更したこと以外は実施例10と同様にしてフィルムNo.12を得た。
p−ターシャリーブチル安息香酸(クラリアントジャパン株式会社製)1モルに対して、1モルのNaOHを、水存在下で混合反応させた後、スプレードライ方式により水分を蒸発させて水分値0.5質量%以下にしたp−ターシャリーブチル安息香酸ナトリウムの結晶を得た。実施例10において、セバシン酸ナトリウムを、上記p−ターシャリーブチル安息香酸ナトリウム塩に変更したこと以外は実施例10と同様にしてフィルムNo.13を得た。
実施例13で得たp−ターシャリーブチル安息香酸ナトリウムとベンゾトリアゾール(キレスト株式会社製、製品名「C.V.I.」)とを、質量比で80:20の割合となるように混合した後、粉砕機で100μm以下に粉砕して金属防錆剤組成物を得た。次いで、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムNo.14を得た。
鋳鉄板:JIS G 5501(1995) FC−200、50×50×2mm
鉄鋼板:JIS G 3141(2005) SPCC−SB、60×80×1.2mm
銅板:JIS H 3100(2006) C1100P、40×60×1.5mm
亜鉛板:JIS H 4321(1953) 第2種、40×60×1.5mm
アルミニウム板:JIS H 4000(2006) A1050P、40×60×1.5mm
鋳鉄板および鉄鋼板は、#240の研磨布で乾式研磨後、メタノール、アセトンで脱脂、洗浄してから乾燥させた。亜鉛板、銅板およびアルミニウム板は、#320の耐水研磨紙を用いて脱イオン水中で研磨した後、メタノールおよびアセトンで脱脂、洗浄してから乾燥させた。
上記で得たフィルムNo.1〜14を用いて2種類の大きさ(100×150mm、60×110mm)の防錆用フィルム袋を作製した。そして、鉄鋼板試験片は100×150mmの防錆用フィルム袋に、鋳鉄板、銅板、亜鉛板およびアルミニウム板試験片は60×110mmの防錆用フィルム袋に入れ、防錆用フィルム袋を外部から抑えて内部の空気を抜気した後、ヒートシールで密封包装し、25℃室内にて16時間密封保持させた。密封保持した後の各試験片を内包した防錆用フィルム袋について、環境試験機(KATO社製、型式「シルバリーエンペラー」)を用いて、防錆試験を行った。結果を表1に示した。
◎:腐食、変色なし。
○:極僅かな腐食(点さび1〜3個または変色面積10%未満)。
△:軽度の腐食(点さび4〜9個または変色面積10〜30%未満)。
×:明確な腐食(点さび10個以上または変色面積30〜50%未満)。
××:激しい腐食(腐食、変色面積50%以上)。
Claims (8)
- 金属防錆剤組成物と、熱可塑性樹脂とを含有する金属防錆用樹脂組成物において、前記金属防錆剤組成物が、
(A)脂肪族ジカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩と、
(B)トリアゾール化合物、ピラゾロン化合物およびイミダゾール化合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一種とを含有し、
脂肪族ジカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩の含有量が70質量%以上であることを特徴とする金属防錆用樹脂組成物(亜硝酸金属塩を含む場合を除く)。 - 前記金属防錆剤組成物が、さらにリン酸アルカリ金属塩を含有する請求項1に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A)脂肪族ジカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩を構成する脂肪族ジカルボン酸が、炭素数10〜14の脂肪族ジカルボン酸である請求項1または2に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物。
- 前記トリアゾール化合物が、ベンゾトリアゾールおよび/またはトリルトリアゾールである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物。
- 前記ピラゾロン化合物が、3−メチル−5−ピラゾロン、1,3−ジメチル−5−ピラゾロンおよび1−フェニル−3−メチル−5−ピラゾロンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物。
- 前記イミダゾール化合物が、2−メチルイミダゾールおよび/または2−フェニルイミダゾールである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物から得られる金属防錆用フィルム。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の金属防錆用樹脂組成物を用いて、鋳鉄を含む金属材を防錆することを特徴とする金属防錆方法。
