Description
ウレタンフォームを充填する防錆方法では、外部からの空気及び水をウレタンフォームで遮断できるため防錆効果を得られるが、防錆効果は高いほど良いため、さらなる防錆効果の向上が求められている。
しかし、前記金属樹脂組成物の塗布を、中空鋼材の内面の防錆に適用する場合には、中空鋼材に形成した穴を利用して金属樹脂組成物を中空鋼材の内面にスプレーなどで塗装することになるため、前記の防錆塗装やメッキ等を施す場合と同様の問題、すなわち中空鋼材に形成する作業用の穴の大きさや数の制約から、中空鋼材の錆びを落とした内面に満遍なく均一に金属樹脂組成物を塗布するのが難しく、充分な防錆効果が得られない問題がある。
また、中空鋼材に穴を生じた場合にも、中空鋼材内に充填されている防錆剤含有ウレタンフォームによって、外部から中空鋼材内に発錆因子が侵入するのを防ぐことができ、しかも気化性の防錆剤はウレタンフォーム中に分散保持されているため、中空鋼材の穴を介して短期間で揮発することがなく、長期に亘って良好な防錆効果が得られる。
さらに、塗膜の形成における塗りムラ、塗り残しがなく、また作業穴は小さくて済み、工期を短縮することができる。
その他適宜配合される添加剤としては、整泡剤などが挙げられる。整泡剤としては、シリコーン系などを挙げることができる。
・ポリエーテルポリオール:グリセリンにプロピレンオキシドとエチレンオキシドとを付加反応させたポリエーテルポリオール、官能基数3、水酸基価250(mgKOH/g)、分子量670
・フタル酸グリコールエステル:無水フタル酸にジエチレングリコールを付加させたポリエステルポリオール、官能基数2、水酸基価260(mgKOH/g)、分子量430
・EDP300:エチレンジアミンにプロピレンオキシドを付加したポリオール、官能基数4、水酸基価740(mgKOH/g)、分子量300、旭電化工業(株)製
・ポリメリックMDI:ポリフェニルポリメチレンポリイソシアネート70質量%、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート30質量%の化合物
・KAO−25(触媒):N,N-ジメチルアミノヘキサノール、花王(株)製
・ポリオキシアルキレン・ジメチルポリシロキサン(整泡剤):硬質ウレタン発泡体用で連通タイプの整泡剤、東レ・ダウコーニング社製(品番;SZ1949)
・気化性の防錆剤
(1)カルシウムスルフォネート
(2)ジイソプロピルアンモニウムナイトライト(DIPAN)

Claims (3)
- 中空鋼材の内面を防錆する方法において、
前記中空鋼材の側面に穴を形成し、
気化性の防錆剤を含有させた防錆剤含有ウレタン原料を、前記穴から前記中空鋼材内に注入して、前記防錆剤含有ウレタン原料を発泡させることにより、独立気泡率(JIS K 7138)30〜90%、通気量(JIS K 6400−7)0.1ml/cm 2 /sec以下の防錆剤含有ウレタンフォームを前記中空鋼材内に充填し、
その後に前記穴に蓋を被せて固定することを特徴とする中空鋼材の防錆方法。 - 前記気化性の防錆剤がカルシウムスルフォネートからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された中空鋼材の防錆方法。
- 前記防錆剤含有ウレタン原料中のカルシウムスルフォネートの量は、前記防錆剤含有ウレタン原料のポリオール100質量部に対して1〜100質量部であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載された中空鋼材の防錆方法。
