本发明涉及一种钢结构聚脲弹性体喷涂式防腐施工方法。
背景技术
大气环境下的钢结构受阳光、风沙、雨雪、霜露及一年四季的温度和湿度变化作用,其中大气中的氧和水分是造成户外钢铁结构腐蚀的重要因素,工业气体含有SO2、CO2、NO2、CI2、H2S及NH3等,这些成份虽然含量很小,但对钢铁的腐蚀危害都是不可忽视的,其中SO2影响最大,CI2可使金属表面钝化膜遭到破坏,这些气体溶于水中呈酸性,形成酸雨,腐蚀金属设施。
钢结构常用加重腐蚀涂料构成长效防腐结构,或者用配套重防腐涂料涂装防护。金属锌、铝具有很大的耐大气腐蚀的特性。在钢铁构件上喷锌或喷铝,锌、铝是负电位和钢铁形成牺牲阳极保护作用从而使钢铁基本得到了保护。此类方法大多单独使用,锌、铝的过度使用将造成浪费,防腐涂料种类繁多,对环境有毒有害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种钢结构聚脲弹性体喷涂式防腐施工方法
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的钢结构聚脲弹性体喷涂式防腐施工方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)防腐层基层处理
将钢结构构件表面焊缝上的焊瘤、焊渣、飞溅物打磨掉,结构转角、表面凹凸不平及焊缝表面打磨平整或圆滑过渡,油脂、油污应除净;
(2)防腐层底涂施工
将底材喷砂处理至Sa2.5级,对于焊缝等缺陷部位,用堵缝料找平,使整个底材能够平滑过度,待堵缝料固化后用砂轮磨平;
清洁底材,完全除去金属表面上的油脂、氧化皮、锈蚀斑等一切杂物,并清除粉尘;
构件表面清扫干净后,喷涂或刷涂1~2道底漆;
(3)喷涂聚脲防腐涂料
在封闭底漆施工后12-48小时内,进行防腐层的喷涂;采用专用喷涂设备进行施工,聚脲防腐涂料由A、B两种组份组成,
涂面层:按照A组、B组液体采用气动搅拌器分别搅拌均匀,送入专用喷涂设备,两组分按照体积比1∶1的比例进行喷涂施工,由计量泵输送到喷枪,经过快速混合后,喷射到钢构件外表面上,防腐涂料随配随喷,严禁加入稀释剂。
优选的,步骤(2)中底漆采用WEP-100专用封闭底漆;底漆重涂间隔3-24小时;WEP-100封闭底漆的涂布量为3~10m2/kg。
本发明还提供一种喷涂的聚脲防腐涂料,包括下列重量份数的组分:
所述A组分包括多异氰酸酯60-80份,聚醚多元醇30-45份,炭黑10-18份,纳米硫酸钡6-12份,气相二氧化硅11-19份,苯基缩水甘油醚13-25份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15-28份组成;
所述B组分包括端氨基聚醚35-55份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25-39份,二乙基甲苯二胺21-36份,防腐填料11-18份,助剂10-17组成。
其中,所述多异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯,多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯的芳香族多异氰酸酯;或选自环己烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;
所述聚醚多元醇选自聚乙二醇醚、聚丙二醇醚、聚丙三醇醚、聚季戊四醇醚中的一种或多种的混合物,其中官能度为2-4,羟值当量大于500;
所述端氨基聚醚选自端氨基聚丙二醇醚、端氨基聚丙三醇醚、端氨基聚季戊四醇醚中的一种或多种的混合物,其中官能度为2~4,胺值当量大于100。
防腐填料选自萤石份、氟化纳份、冰晶石份、云母氧化铁、磷酸锌、海泡石份,石膏份,憎水珍珠岩、磷酸铝、滑石粉、二氧化钛中的一种或多种以上的混合物。优选的,本发明提供一种防腐效果显著的组合,包括氟化纳份、磷酸锌和海泡石,然后加入苯甲酸钠和山梨酸。氟化纳份、磷酸锌、海泡石、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸的重量比为10:6:3:1:2。

(2)防腐层底涂施工
将底材喷砂处理至Sa2.5级,对于焊缝等缺陷部位,用堵缝料找平,使整个底材能够平滑过度,待堵缝料固化后用砂轮磨平;
清洁底材,完全除去金属表面上的油脂、氧化皮、锈蚀斑等一切杂物,并清除粉尘;
构件表面清扫干净后,喷涂或刷涂1~2道底漆;
(3)喷涂聚脲防腐涂料
在封闭底漆施工后12-48小时内,进行防腐层的喷涂;采用专用喷涂设备进行施工,聚脲防腐涂料由A、B两种组份组成,
涂面层:按照A组、B组液体采用气动搅拌器分别搅拌均匀,送入专用喷涂设备,两组分按照体积比1∶1的比例进行喷涂施工,由计量泵输送到喷枪,经过快速混合后,喷射到钢构件外表面上,防腐涂料随配随喷,严禁加入稀释剂。
步骤(2)中底漆采用WEP-100专用封闭底漆;底漆重涂间隔3-24小时;WEP-100封闭底漆的涂布量为8m2/kg。
本实施例中喷涂的聚脲防腐涂料包括下列重量份数的组分:

所述B组分包括端氨基聚醚55份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯39份,二乙基甲苯二胺36份,防腐填料18份,助剂17组成。
其中,所述多异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯。
所述聚醚多元醇选自聚乙二醇醚、聚丙三醇醚和聚季戊四醇醚的混合物,其中官能度为2-4,羟值当量大于500;三者的重量比分别是5:8:3。
所述端氨基聚醚选自端氨基聚丙三醇醚,其中官能度为2~4,胺值当量大于100。
防腐填料选自氟化纳份、磷酸锌和海泡石,然后加入苯甲酸钠和山梨酸。氟化纳份、磷酸锌、海泡石、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸的重量比为10:6:3:1:2。
所述助剂为消泡剂、润湿剂。
实施例2防腐实验数据测定
按上述实施例所述的施工工艺和防腐涂料进行钢结构的喷涂,对得到的防腐涂层进行防腐性能检验测试,测试结果如下表所示。
根据上述表格所测的结果可以看出,抗冲击性(-30℃)、耐磨性、附着力、阴极剥离、电气强度等数值远远优于现有标准中的技术指标。

(1)防腐层基层处理
将钢结构构件表面焊缝上的焊瘤、焊渣、飞溅物打磨掉,结构转角、表面凹凸不平及焊缝表面打磨平整或圆滑过渡,油脂、油污应除净;
(2)防腐层底涂施工
将底材喷砂处理至Sa2.5级,对于焊缝等缺陷部位,用堵缝料找平,使整个底材能够平滑过度,待堵缝料固化后用砂轮磨平;
清洁底材,完全除去金属表面上的油脂、氧化皮、锈蚀斑等一切杂物,并清除粉尘;
构件表面清扫干净后,喷涂或刷涂1~2道底漆;
(3)喷涂聚脲防腐涂料
在封闭底漆施工后12-48小时内,进行防腐层的喷涂;采用专用喷涂设备进行施工,聚脲防腐涂料由A、B两种组份组成,

所述B组分包括端氨基聚醚35-55份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25-39份,二乙基甲苯二胺21-36份,防腐填料11-18份,助剂10-17组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢结构聚脲弹性体喷涂式防腐施工方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中底漆采用WEP-100专用封闭底漆;底漆重涂间隔3-24小时;WEP-100封闭底漆的涂布量为3~10m2/kg。
4.根据权利要求2所述的钢结构聚脲弹性体喷涂式防腐施工方法,其特征在于,
其中,所述多异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯,多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯的芳香族多异氰酸酯;或选自环己烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;
所述聚醚多元醇选自聚乙二醇醚、聚丙二醇醚、聚丙三醇醚、聚季戊四醇醚中的一种或多种的混合物,其中官能度为2-4,羟值当量大于500;
所述端氨基聚醚选自端氨基聚丙二醇醚、端氨基聚丙三醇醚、端氨基聚季戊四醇醚中的一种或多种的混合物,其中官能度为2~4,胺值当量大于100。
